„Für einen kurzen zwischenstop in Ordnung.Man sollte aber nicht viel erwarten.“

„Wunderbare Unterkunft, liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber, super gemütlich, sehr freundliches Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert!! “

„The restaurant serves an excellent dinner.“

„We stayed one night as a stopover on our way home to Scotland. We had a superior double room in the lodge part of the hotel. Stunning room. Very spacious even with what looked like a super king bed. Lovely to have the little terrace space. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant and excellent breakfast in the morning. Loved the different options to normal offerings with overnight oats and yoghurt smoothies. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely dog friendly hotel which we’d love to ...

„This is a delightful place. The staff is wonderful. The building is charming“

„Nice hotel“

„The staff were very friendly and helpful - absolutely no critique here. However, the hotel was severely understaffed: just one person for the bar, restaurant and check-in – cutting costs, I presume. The food (including breakfast) is below average and of mediocre quality. £16.90 is a ridiculous amount to pay for half-heartedly prepared potatoes with corned beef or a greasy lasagna with far too much cheese. „Very friendly personnel, nice breakfast, good location with plenty of parking spaces available. “

„Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault. Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms. 1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs. Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school ...

„great stay as usual.“

„Alles was man so braucht, bloss Käse und Aufschnitt gibt es nicht. Ansonsten alles Frisch!“

„Zentral gelegen, schöne saubere Zimmer mit Sicht über die Gegend. Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes Personal. “

„I expect more from a 4 star hotel. The room was lovely and spacious however confetti which was all over the grounds was also in our room. There are 3 lifts one is staff only, one is out of order which according to a frequent guest has been the case for 2 years!! Then they serviced the 3rd lift, leaving my 84 year old parents to negotiate very old wonky stairs, not ideal! We ate in the bar one night because i have my dog with me and the area seemed dated and unloved. The food was nice if served ...

„Super position and lovely staff. Comfortable room“
