« The cottage was pristine, we felt like we were the first guests. It is a spacious, comfortable and stylish property and the owner’s attention to detail is second to none. Large beds and great showers. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Large private garden. Warcop is a lovely village with good walks along the river & streams. « Nous avons eu le cottage 1. Nous avions reservé pour 5 adultes, il n'y avait que 4 couchages. Pas de gaz à la cuisinère, 3 couverts pour 5, fuite au plafond, pommeau de douches tenu par un sac plastique....et j'en passe. Personnel complètement dépassé. Je ne comprends comment ils ont encore l'autorisation de louer ce logement. Les photos du site sont malheureusement très trompeuses. Le cadre semble idyllique mais la réalité en est tout autre. A éviter à tout prix... »

« I had a wonderful overnight stay here. The room was lovely, ver quiet with beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. I did use the spa which was at extra cost but it was lovely and relaxing. I opted for the fine dining in the evening and it was outstanding. Breakfast was included and the menu had plenty of options from continental to freshly prepared hot options.The staff were very helpful and friendly- I will certainly rebut for a longer visit. »

« This is a beautifully appointed shepherd's hut on the edge of a pretty and quiet village in the North Pennines. Lots of walking routes nearby and just a few miles from Appleby-in-Westmoreland. We enjoyed our stay very much though were disappointed that the internet signal was so poor. The TV would not stream smoothly so not worth having it there at the moment. Still, this was a small sacrifice for the pleasure of experiencing tiny living life for a few days. Everything else worked really...
