Das Team, insbesondere Karen, hat keine Mühe gescheut, uns "late arrival (nach 6.00 p.m)" zu ermöglichen und war auch sonst äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Gästehaus liegt sehr ruhig und die Ausstattung entsprach unseren Erwartungen für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, um diese historisch bedeutsame Stadt entdecken zu können. “

„This was a wonderful house to stay in, it worked especially for us just wanting the one night, with a bath and allowing dogs! So it ticked all the boxes for us. The bedroom is huge with an en-suite bath and shower room next door. Imogen and Terry were the perfect hosts and breakfast was enough to feed many more than just the two of us!“

„I booked this room for my three sons (all in their 20's) for a University of Lincoln Graduation. The room was very clean and comfortable and what I expected for the very reasonable price that was charged which also included breakfast. The bed linen and towels were nice and fresh. The shower room was shared between several rooms but was always available when my sons went to use it. The owner is very friendly and helpful and allowed me to pay on checkout which is rare nowadays. “

„Stuart was very communicative, answering usually within minutes. Facilities are great, very comfortable place with good choices of rooms. We didn't get to use the hot tub as much as we'd have liked, as on arrival, we had a meal out booked soon, so the first night was out. The first day weather was terrible, none stop rain till the evening, so it wasn't comfortable to be outside much, then the second day we were out most of the day.“

„This property is beautiful. A true gem. The GF apartment was spotlessly clean, fabulously equipped and so quiet and comfortable. A beautiful garden with outdoor seating came with this apartment. Neal was very easy to communicate with and so friendly when we met him (and his lovely family). Some great treats including croissants, jams, cake, crisps, milk and butter were provided. There was even citrus fruit for G&T. Very much appreciated. It is a 20min walk out of Lincoln. Easy walk in, c.£6 ...
