We are lucky to be in a fairly quiet area. With our new rooms and beds, it makes for great sleeping conditions. We have the easiest direct route to the airport from our hotel. Thank you, Alina, for your show of appreciation

I wish I would have known about the sheet situation, I would have helped you out right away. (i didn't know that is what you were laundering) We will review our front desk training procedures, you should never get an " I don't know?" from our front desk staff. The charging station on the new desks is on the side of the desk away from the window, about 3 inches down, for all those reading this review. Thanks for your feedback and the compliment Claire.
