One time she came down from Hera house and wanted to be sure all was good. The door lock needed a new battery and she had it replaced in a moment. She was a great host making our stay the best. « Extremely clean. Property has a great location and was a no more than five minutes from beach access and had two tackle shops withing 10 minutes. The pool was refreshing with ample chairs. There’s a crow’s nest with pergola. Screened in porch on cottage 11 was spacious enough to have dinner outside and still have room to hang towels. « Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit.
