« La chambre etait presque parfait car le ménage n'était pas assez satisfait car il restait 1 peu encore pas propre.
C dommage car le personnel était très à l'écoute.

« I recently stayed at Hilton Bukit Jalil and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with great city views, and the bed was extremely comfortable which made it easy to relax after a long day.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool and gym, which were well maintained.

« The room was shabby. There was mold on the bathroom tiles; the tub needed some real cleaning and it smelled moldy - not healthy. The were loose wires hanging from the walls and the wall paper was peeling off. I have to say that the whole place needs updating and attention. The furniture was dented and scratched. It doesn’t seem like the management cares about how clean and presentable the rooms were.
As for the staff, they were very nice and helpful!
Would I recommend it to anyone? No...
