The Estella Hotel KlangPetite Inde
10.0 sur 10, Exceptionnel, (1 avis)
« This hotel is very good. Rooms are clean and nice and staff are pleasant and helpful. It is located very close to Indian restaurants and shops.
One downside is the lack of an intercom. It is not possible to contact reception from the room. Another downside is that the AC in the lobby/reception is quite weak. Another issue in reception is that the staff sit under some very powerful lights which generate so much heat that it's impossible to stand next to the desk to talk to them. I can't imagine...

« Quiet place near the train station.
Clean rooms.
Only issue was our room had a glass panel above the door which let light in all night.
But don’t let that stop you from staying there! »

« The Clio is ok, but nothing special. I was disappointed that I did not get the type of room I had reserved, the front desk was more or less collaborative. The rooms are clean when you come in, however during your stay, the cleaning service is a different story. The staff left a dirty cloth in my room on the desk and plastic from the toilet rolls on near the sink. I purposely left them there and no one picked them up for 2 days. « Chambre très agréable et très grande
Douche de qualité
Localisation idéale pour le travail, pas nécessairement pour accéder au centre ville de KL
Souci pendant le séjour : les chambres possèdent des haut parleurs et celui des chambres a ruiné une nuit pour tous les voyageurs en mettant de la musique a 3h du matin puis en produit des bruits très dérangeant. Résultat une nuit horrible »
