Location with regard to restaurants and college was ideal for the things we were doing. Upon check in, it was obvious corners had been taken to make sure the property was clean. I contacted the manager and did receive an immediate response and clean sheets were dropped off to us. The txt response was not appreciated and reads as follows: “Hey Amanda. I've checked the cleaning team schedule, unfortunately, since it’s the weekend, our cleaning team is fully occupied and we won’t be able to send anyone tomorrow. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.Those particular areas are usually part of our deep-cleaning routine, but we’ll make sure they’re given special attention during next services so they’re fully taken care of. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’ll ensure this doesn’t get overlooked moving forward.”I responded with the fact that ‘Wiping a windowsill, vacuuming a floor properly, removing bugs and hair from lamp bases and surfaces are not deep cleaning! I've owned a cleaning company for years and that is absolutely basic Cleaning. Not acceptable!’The issues we had were: dirty window ceils, empty beverage can left upside down draining in sink, sand/ dirt in sheets, garment tag left on counter from recent purchase etc
