« Our stay at this facility was outstanding! The employees were the best in a day it's hard to find good help. These people, every one of them, focused on us from a simple Hi to helping with any questions or needs we had. Our room was updated and very clean. I can't say anything bad. Thank you for everything! »

« Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon. »

« Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. »

« This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. We had to go buy large trash bags to bag all of our belongings so we didn’t get roaches in our house. We tried contacting the manger via email and the front desk tried contacting her. We have received no response from the manager at all or any type of...

« ALV is an amazing place and definitely not the "typical" hotel stay or whatever. My wife are much better versed on the experience and look forward to a return visit to enjoy the full benefits of the property. The attention to detail is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »
