Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Stairs are required to access this unit. Kodiak harbor is about 15 -20 min walk (no steep grade). « Loved this beautiful home! An open layout and tasteful decorations made this stay very enjoyable. The cozy leather chair was a favorite to relax in and the king size bed was quite comfortable. We found everything we needed there for our week long stay in this clean house. Location was perfect, right off the main road!
