Large windows, a kitchen with island and three bedrooms give you room to spread out. The beach of Baldus is a 15-minute walk, with the Paul Delvaux Museum and local restaurants close by. Inside, you'll find calm and light: two bathrooms, a spacious living area and a kitchen made for cooking together. Please note: this is a quiet family home, not a party venue.



The Space:

Bedrooms & living area

Two bedrooms have a double bed of 160 cm, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two beds of 90 cm. Six guests sleep comfortably, each with their own space.

The living area is bright and spacious, with large windows, a seating area and a dining table. The kitchen island has two bar stools, ideal for a quick coffee or breakfast.



Fully equipped, just like home

Bed linen and towels are ready for you: all you need to bring is your suitcase. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Cooking here is as easy as at home. There are two bathrooms with a walk-in rain shower, one en-suite to each double bedroom, each with its own toilet.

Guest Access:

Arrival is fully self-service. You receive your access code before arrival. You choose your own arrival time, no appointment needed.

You have the entire first floor to yourself, with your own entrance. The ground floor and the garden are rented separately. Those guests do not use your living space.



The Neighborhood:

You'll stay on a quiet street in Sint-Idesbald, part of Koksijde. The Paul Delvaux Museum is a 5-minute walk. Shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes on foot. The beach of Baldus is about 1.2 km away, a 15-minute walk. Everything you need for a relaxed stay by the sea is within easy reach.



Getting Around:

The beach is a 15-minute walk. Bus stop Koksijde Zonstraat is about a 10-minute walk, and the Coast Tram stop in Sint-Idesbald about 15 minutes on foot.

By car: free parking in front of the house. Ostend-Bruges Airport is about 28 km away.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later on request, when possible.

Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours from 22:00, out of respect for the neighbours.

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Only registered guests may stay overnight, with a maximum of 6 guests.

The apartment is on the first floor.

The first floor and the ground floor can also be booked together as one home for 12 guests.



A security deposit of €500 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.
