Welcome to our beautifully appointed corner villa at The Villas at Poipu Kai!

This second-floor, 1,600 square foot three-bedroom, three-bath condo in an upscale private boutique resort offers comfort, privacy and resort-style living for the whole group. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, ideal for families or couples traveling together. We fell in love with the soaring ceilings, open floor plan, high-end appliances and elegant interior design - and we hope you will too.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (January 4 - July 2, 2027)
Neighboring buildings at our resort will be getting new roofs between January 4 and July 2, 2027. Work takes place on weekdays during daytime hours only - no work on weekends or holidays - so you may notice some construction noise and activity. Our building itself will not be under construction during your stay, and our nightly rates have already been reduced to reflect this. The Villas pool will be closed January 4-8 and February 16-18, 2027; on those dates guests are welcome to use the Poipu Kai pool by the tennis courts, a five-minute walk along the greenbelt.

THE CONDO - VILLAS AT POIPU KAI B210
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, perfect for preparing meals at home. Relax in the air-conditioned living area or open the folding glass doors to extend the living space onto the large covered lanai. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden, it is the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

As a corner unit the condo offers convenient access to the pool and BBQ area, so you are never far from the fun. Some of Poipu's most popular beaches are a 10-15 minute walk away, and we provide pool and beach gear (four beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler and boogie boards) so you can simply arrive and enjoy.

- Primary suite: king bed; spacious ensuite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub
- Second bedroom: king bed; private bathroom with walk-in shower
- Third bedroom: two twin beds; private bathroom with walk-in shower

LOCATION
Stroll along the scenic greenbelt to Kauai's most loved beaches - Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach. The Villas at Poipu Kai is a newer boutique resort with a swimming pool, waterfall spa, fitness room, clubhouse and access to tennis courts. Complimentary self-parking is included. Please note the condo is on the second floor (one flight of stairs).
