Amazing location! 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. House is charming and lots of ocean breeze. No need for AC if you open all the windows and use fans. Wonderful Hawaiian breeze and ocean sounds.

The house was great! Comfortable for all of us! Lots of room to gather and also quiet spaces as well. The yard was wonderful plenty of privacy and room for our 6 year old granddaughter to run off energy. Couldn’t beat the proximity to two beaches, one for the adults and a safe one for the littles. Don’t hesitate book it now!

Us grandparents along with son, DIL, one toddler and one infant had a lovely time. The house was spacious and the outdoors inviting. We had room for the little ones to nap quietly. We were close enough for a 2 year old to walk to the beach to play. The kitchen was well supplied so that we could eat in some days. Take out food was close and numerous restaurants a short drive away. There were plenty of activities for everyone.

We all loved this house, lots of room, easy to also have privacy even though it’s single wall. Big lawn. Clean! Comfortable beds and furniture. I was tempted to not say good things so it would be easily available to us again. May be harder w children because of noise factor, but not if family is comfortable w some noise.

The location was perfect! Walk to beautiful beaches, parks and restaurants. The house was clean and stocked with everything 3 couples could need. Lots of space inside and out . I would definitely rent this amazing property again.

Loved the great mango tree in the back. When it rained you could pull the chairs underneath and still enjoy being outside. Lots of beds and rooms for accommodating our group and great location.

The house and location were perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and home-like, toddler-safe, and spacious inside and out. Located just a block from 2 beaches and a playground, it had something for everyone - boogey-boarding, snorkeling, and a great climbing structure. Everyone here was very compliant with COVID guidelines and we felt very safe.

Our party of five adults and one baby enjoyed this spacious older bungalow, a five minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room to spread out and a huge backyard with barbecue and orange tree . Lots of fans and louvered windows for nighttime cooling. Three bathroom facilities helped with the morning rush! On a quiet street with other older homes. Some weekend noise from a nearby sports bar but nothing we objected to.

Excellent location. A nice beach for snorkeling and bodysurfing is just two blocks away.and a restaurant/ bar is 1/2 a block . Fun was had by all ages. Loved the spacious house with wood floors, big backyard, garage and very comfortable beds.

My family and I had a great experience at this home! There were able to convert two twin beds into a king size for us and the location was perfect being a block away from the beach. We took full advantage of the amenities such as the outdoor grill, scuba gear they had available, beach towels, etc. We arrived a little early and they even allowed us to leave our belongings inside while they finished preparing the home. Overall it was a very comfortable relaxing stay with all needed amenities available! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay here in early October. The house had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, beach towels etc. The only bummer was with all the beach stuff we wanted to take down (plus a cooler and snorkels ) it was too much to comfortably carry. A wagon really is needed and would be great if they provided one. Our first night was very hot so we asked for additional fans the next morning and they promptly delivered some. There were a few cupboards that could stand some airing out due to the age of the home and humid climate, but overall we loved the quaint home. Kaua’i Vacation Rentals was great to work with and I would stay here or at any of their other properties without hesitation.

I loved my stay here at Pane Rd. The house was just the right size. We had my husband and three 18 year old girls. There was so much to do on this isle. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes. The home had 2 boogie boards, 4 or 5 beach chairs. 2 umbrellas. A large cooler and 2 sets of snorkeling gear. The home needed to be closed up during the day due to sudden showers. We got in each night around 6 and immediately opened all the louvre windows. The house cooled very quickly. The bbq did its job. The home had plenty of beach towels as well as towels for bathing. The washer and dryer were practically new and easy to use. The fridge made lots of ice for drinks very quickly. There were 2 TVs. One in the spare room and one in the living room. We rarely used it though, but they appeared to be of good quality. There was one board game. (Clue) There was a 10 in 1 game box with chess, checkers, etc. We did not get into them. There was plenty of dishes. The rice cooker and blender worked great. My girls made my birthday cake in the oven and it came out great. We used the stovetop with ease. We were provided shopping bags at the agency. I was given a little take home lunch cooler with goodies inside. We had our own driveway. The home was pretty quiet. It did get noisy early in the morning. We got up before that though(who sleeps in when in paradise), so the noise from the tennis courts behind the home and the construction across the street did not bother us. Thursday evening we were even serenaded with Hawaiian music from the resort behind the home. I loved it, as it was our last home cooked meal during our trip. I loved this home. I would like to suggest a little wagon to lug all the beach gear more efficiently. There was plenty to do. Each day we explored a different part of the island. We easily could have stayed several more weeks. The home was a great home base for our trips. The home is well taken care of. There are mango trees in the backyard and lots of feral fowl and cats. They were cute to look at and added to the ambiance. After a few days, you really just get used to the cacophony of sounds. I also want to thank the rental agency for making all the arrangements so easy for my family. I will be sure to return to use this company the next time I come to Hawaii. The shop to rent boards was 4 minutes from the home as well as the tasty food and drinks at Brennecke’s. Wonderful home. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. I felt safe there too.

We loved our stay on Pane Road - so close to Brennecke and Poipu beaches where we spent a lot of time swimming, wading, and enjoying the sea turtles. The house was well appointed, there were lots of cooking utensils/pots & pans, and we all loved the backyard. Our family group of five stayed in late August/early September and it was quite hot (the house doesn't haven't A/C, only fans), but the house is well ventilated (except the kitchen which gets quite warm). There are chickens and feral cats outside which amused us when we were in the yard. The only downside we experienced is the very close proximity of condos to the house - we needed to keep all the louvered windows open to keep the air moving because of the high heat/humidity which meant that any conversations being had by the neighbors were clearly heard, even at 6am! I don't think there is much which can be done about this, and the roosters wake you up anyway, but it wasn't a place conducive to sleeping in. Fortunately we were usually able to take naps during the hottest part of the day to make up on sleep, and overall we had a marvelous time. I also want to add that the rental company (Kaua'i Vacation Rentals) was wonderful to work with! They answered all my pre-vacation questions, and when I accidentally left my hat in the house they were very helpful in getting it back and making it available to pick up. I also loved that they had a very easy to use app. Great job Kaua'i Vacation Rentals! Thank you!
