As Beautiful as Advertised

This is the second time my family has stayed in this house. It’s a beautiful home on the spectacular greenbelt. It’s well kept and the property management staff is incredibly responsive. Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Great Stay

We had a great time at this house. The house was very clean and we loved the open airy design. Walking distance to the Grand Hyatt and Poipu Golf Course. The bathrooms were awesome and the ac provided great cooling and kept the interior nice and dry so we could sleep at night without the high humidity. The Grand Hyatt for comparison, which we also stayed at, had rooms which were very humid and hard to sleep at night. Thank you, we loved everything

Family and Friends in Poipu

Beautiful house in a great location close to beaches, restaurants and shopping . Both Shipwreck and Poipu beaches were a short walk down the beautiful greenbelt walking path . The Grand Hyatt was also within a short walk which was hosting the dental conference I attended. Each bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom which provides great privacy for 3 couples . I would highly recommend this home to small groups of family members and friends. Redman family

Wonderful rental!

This house was perfect for our family. We had six adults in the three bedroom house/three bath, so it was perfect. Great kitchen and family room and lanai. One thing is that some of the windows don't have blinds, so if you are light sensitive in the morning that is a consideration. Also the primary bedroom is missing a blind that eliminates privacy, as you can see into the room from outside and from the kitchen. Hopefully they will rectify this. Aloha!

Great Stay!

The house was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed! The location was perfect for our family of 8. A quiet community in walking distance to two beaches and a short ride to some others. We didn’t end up using the pool at all because we love the ocean. And we didn’t play tennis because we didn’t want to pay extra for it. We loved our stay at Hale Kupa’a and would recommend to others!

Amazing Home and Location!

I can't say enough nice things about this house! It's very nicely updated and well stocked. The location is amazing to say the least. We've stayed at other homes along this greenbelt and this is by far the best. We spent ample time on the deck and enjoyed opening all the sliders to get that wonderful island breeze. We'll definitely make it a point to stay here again!

Top of the line

Great / spacious common area, 10-15 minute walk to Poipu Beach. Only negative would be the distance of the community pool from the residence. We would of used the pool more often if it was closer. We would definitely consider renting the home again for our next family vacation

Son’s Wedding

We had our son’s destination wedding at The Koa Kea Resort and this home could not have been in a better location for proximity to all our guests staying in the other resorts! Also close to all the beaches ; prompt service when requested; clean, open and beautiful! Spacious and indoor/outdoor dining and relaxing was lovely! We will be back here!!

Paradise in Poipu!

Our experience at Poipu Kai Delight was outstanding! The house was absolutely gorgeous. Very light, bright and airy and looked out on the greenway with its lush grass & palm trees. Loved how the house opened up for a truly indoor/outdoor vibe. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch every morning. Decor was beautiful & the setup for my family was great. We each had our own bedroom and bath. Kitchen was efficient, had everything we needed & worked well with multiple chefs! Location was perfect! Short walk down the greenway to Shipwreck beach & Grand Hyatt, close to great shopping & restaurants. The only thing I would change next time is I would stay longer!!

Beautiful property, great location!

We loved our stay! This house is beautiful and the location makes for easy access to a couple beaches, Hyatt resort amenities, beach rentals, and hiking. There were no bathtubs on site which is tricky with really young babies but otherwise it’s a great, great stay! We loved the house and felt comfortable the entire trip. The kitchen has only salt, pepper and oil… fyi!

Perfect for family of 8!

The house was perfect for our family of four (8 and 12) and my sister’s family of four (11 and 14). The location and quietness of the neighborhood was ideal. One thing to note - there are a lot of light switches but make sure to turn off the exterior front lights otherwise you will get a note from the HOA taped to your door. The welcome gift from the management was very thoughtful and much needed after a long journey. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful house and the Best Location

Perfect spot for our extended family. This house was well kept and the neighborhood was very freindly and quiet. The Greenway is the best thing ever! Short walks both directions to great beaches on each side. We loved our stay here. The only thing I still wonder about is why the half bath was not offered or available for use. It was described properly as a 3 bathroom, but those are all bathroom suites inside of bedrooms, and no bathrooms outside of bedrooms were available for us to use. With a full house of 8 people, I would have gladly paid more to have full use of all 3.5 bathrooms. Overall an awesome house and would stay here again! P.S. it does have a great BBQ on the back deck which we enjoyed during our stay.

Beautiful vacation home

We had a terrific stay in Hale Kupa'a. The house was fully updated and nicely decorated. The rooms were all spacious with each bedroom having its own ensuite, plus a powder room. Beds were all comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Property was very well maintained and greatly appreciated the good quality beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Lots of hiking and beaching nearby, along with great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely return!

Amazing property

We loved everything about the house: the location, the cleanliness, the layout, the style, etc. The online pictures don't do justice to the interior of the home or the large backyard greenbelt. We spent countless hours throwing frisbee while saying hello to passerbyers. The walk to Shipwreck beach is less than 5 min, and the walk to Poipu beach is about 10 minutes, both very doable even with a toddler in tow. We also enjoyed using the Poipu Kai community pool. One thing worth mentioning is that this is not your typical VRBO; it is managed by a luxury vacation rental company, and the communications and check-out process is similar to a hotel villa checkout process (i.e. no laundering used towels, taking out trash, etc). We have travelled extensively at Inspirato residences, and this was definitely at the same level. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Spot

What an amazing property! We were a group of four adults and two kids and this set up was absolutely perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The luxury bath products were amazing and the chairs/umbrella/beach towels were such a thoughtful touch. The location was a quick walk to the Grand Hyatt for the Luau and shipwreck beach. A quick drive and you’re at Poipu Beach, a grocery store, shopping, or restaurants. 10/10 would recommend, we would definitely stay there again
