« Wir waren eine große Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß und geräumig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben einen Mixer und ein paar mehr große Schalen vermisst. Wir haben jeden Abend den Kamin angeheizt. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert bzw. wir haben ihn nicht zum Laufen gekriegt. Die Saunatür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, wir haben uns mit einem Stuhl beholfen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter...

« Location was ok, check- in little confused as it was in the different building Room clean , spacious but access would be a challenge if my 77 year old mom decide to come . 21 steps to access our room without elevator, this property would not pass Canadian standards for handicapped people. « We come with a lot of expectations, the pictures, the location and the price ...The cleaning is terrible!!!! And after we complained, they did nothing. Furthermore one thay, we returned at 1530, and they didnt start to clean. The facilities in the kitchen are minimum if you want to cook, for example there is no strainer. Also budy lotion and hair conditioner is not part of the facilities. My advice, take another place »
