« The cleanliness of my first room was questionable. A/C unit looked dated (remote didn't work properly) and the TV remote didn't work properly. Only provided one towel and I didn't find a hand towel initially and no shower room floor matt - there needs to be minimum standard providing basics. Fortunately I moved to another room on a different floor (due to pest control) where the A/C was in good state and TV worked. Rooms like my first one need attention to bring up the standards. « Generally, this stay of 6 days became more comfortable as we asked for things that were missing. The property is very run down, and. does not match the photos on Expedia. The complimentary breakfast in the front of the menu turned out not to apply to us. Breakfast. coffee /tea pot was not enough for two people. The shower water was sometimes hot and sometimes not. Taxi drivers etc found this property difficult to locate. »

« Fantastic stay. Location was great if need to access city, can get taxi easy, rooms clean and good working AC. Bed comfortable and all staff helpful. Was there for a 2 week stay and will be back. The food was perfect and traditional Indian taste and roti was nice. Keep it up! »

« Third rate rooms with old, ugly looking furniture, poor internet connection. Lousy service. No one at front desk in late evening or early morning—staff are sleeping and don’t like waking up. Photos on website are deceiving in making rooms look better than they are. »
