« Cet établissement situé au fond d’un canyon se situe à 1h30 environ du village de Zabljak, point de départ des excursions. Pour l’atteindre il faut emprunter un chemin majoritairement de terre, pénible et difficile. On y croise régulièrement des 4x4 qui oblige à se ranger tant bien que mal voire de faire marche arrière. Une fois arrivé sur place l’hôtel revendique un 4 étoiles usurpé. 2 étoiles à peine. Chambres sommaires, exiguës, mal insonorisées où ce qui se passe passe dans la chambre...

« L'hébergement n'est pas situé à Pluzine comme indiqué sur la carte du site hotels.com mais à plus de 25km au Nord et n'est accessible qu'avec un chemin caillouteux de 4 km. La chambre est une "passoire thermique" mal chauffée par un radiateur électrique. Elle était poussiéreuse et les rideaux déchirés. Le diner servi (menu unique imposé) et le petit déjeuner sont d'un rapport qualité/prix très médiocre. L'accès à la salle de restaurant se fait de nuit par un escalier primitif sans éclairage....

« This is an excellent hotel with a wonderful spa setup and restaurant. Breakfast presented many options for travelers familiar with European and American morning buffets. We had two dinners at the restaurant as well that were top notch. The pool, hot tub, and steam room were soothing after a day of hiking. Great value for the amenities. »

« This property has everything you could ask for, it is surrounded by pine trees, fields with a backdrop of snow capped mountains. There is parking right outside. You have a porch with seating and Mountain View’s. Inside you have a lovely big sofa and tv, the kitchen area is very well stocked with lots of appliances from toasted sandwich maker to pancake pans. The coffee machine is a nescafé Dulce gusto machine, they gave us 4 pods for 3 nights so not enough. You will have to buy some if staying...
