This modern apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people. In the living room, featuring a pull-out sofa and a 55-inch Smart TV, you can relax in the evenings. In the cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed and a desk, you’ll enjoy a peaceful, restful sleep and a place to work remotely. The kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, makes it easy to prepare meals quickly. Both rooms open onto a large balcony with a view of the surrounding area. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and a washing machine, ensures your daily comfort.



The Neighborhood:
