„Very colonial holiday hotel - a bit off the beaten track. Not ideally located for a business trip to Mysore. Room and internet fine, the gardens are fantastic but the pool and gym are not terribly inviting. I chose not to eat dinner and was woken by a call at 11p.m. to tell me the kitchen was closing. Breakfast was very mediocre and as the only guest - I was not impressed to be directed by the staff towards luke warm water to make my own tea.“

„If there was a provision to rate 0, i would have. I looked at snaps and reviews and booked for a weekend stay, paid a bomb for the deluxe suite - came to room late in evening , the a/c remote is missing, there is no toilet paper in the bathroom, for the extra pull up sofa/bed - no bedding /pillow etc In the morning , asked for two bottles of water and they took 68 mins to get the bottle I paid a bomb for this, over 9k and such pathetic service. stay away from this property like Plague. „Tolle Zimmer, schöne Dachterrasse mit wunderschöner Bar und Infinitypool“

„Very friendly staff. In house restaurant was very good and reasonable price. Pool is beautiful on the roof. Would use this hotel again…“

„New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction. Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate.

„Neat rooms and food was good. “

„Okay for short term stay. Not ideal for families. WiFi was poor. Restaurant was average.“

„The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.“

„Nice place to stay with family“
