Die Tapeten lösen sich von den Wänden, es riecht muffig, kein zweites mal würden wir dort wohnen wollen. Beim Frühstück haben wir gleich wieder umgedreht.

NICHT BUCHEN!
Das war das widerlichste Hotel,das ich in meinem ganzen Leben gesehen habe. Die Tapete ist von der Wand gefallen,da dahinter alles verschimmelt war, überhaupt hast das komplette Hotel nach Schimmel gestunken, so dass man kaum atmen konnte! WLan war auch nicht verfügbar, bzw. war es unmöglich sich zu verbinden! Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen konnte keine Lösung dafür gefunden werden, ist wohl immer so! Die Amaturen im Badezimmer waren schon total abgenutzt und sind einem bei Berührung direkt in die Hand gefallen. Über der Toilette war ein riesiger Feuchtigkeitsfleck von der Toilette darüber, so dass man Angst haben musste von der oberen Toilette erschlagen zu werden, falls man das Klo benutzt hätte! Nachdem wir das genau so in unserem gebuchten Zimmer vorfanden, haben wir das Zimmer ohne Probleme tauschen können. Leider war es in den anderem Zimmer genau das selbe. Also haben wir noch in der selben Nacht ausgecheckt. Ich habe noch nie erlebt dass ich irgendwo nicht schlafen konnte, weil ich das Gefühl hatte zu ersticken von diesem Schimmelgeruch. Natürlich haben wir unser Geld für die kommenden Nächte nicht wieder bekommen, da wir ja nicht im Hotel gebucht haben, sondern über diese Website die hier Bilder von einem Hotel reinstellt das SO absolut nicht mehr existiert!!! Es ist einfach nur eine dreckige, stinkende und schimmlige Ruine!

Zentrales Hotel mit grossen Zimmern
Hotel ist zentral an der Monorail Station gelegen, die Zimmer sind gross und bieten ein tollen Blick auf die Skyline und die Petronas Towers. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig (chinesische Spezialitäten).

Very noisy, bad service, bad area
We stayed there 4 nights. Since we arrived late, we wanted to eat something nearby the hotel. You can find a lot of street food in this area but there are also a lot of criminals and drug addicted individuals. Even the locals told us to watch out. You might have to watch your pocket while eating. On our way back to our room (around 1 am), we found lot of dirty dishes on the floor of the koridor, guys smoking at there rooms, playing loud music, running around the floor. We tried to open the door but it did not work. After going to the reception we had to try it again. Same result. Door did not open. Other guest told us that this also happend to them. We went back to the reception for the 3rd time. The "manager" called someone who finally was able to open our door. We also ask him about the dishes and the smoking on the floor. He told us that he feel very sorry but he can do nothing about that. The hotel is mainly build for chinese travel groups and they are used to smoke at there hotels, spit on the floor and talk very loud. The breakfast is boring, eventrough it is complemantary. No natural juice, no fruits, no eggs. The coffee tasted bad. They provide the same things (nudles, rice, curry) every day. They only have big tables (6-12 persons). You have to share your table with some other clients, wich is ok as long as you travell in a group. On top of that, the hotel is far away from everything. You have to take the monorail or taxi to get there (Chow Kit).

Ok, aber nicht mehr.
Team teilweise nett und bemüht. Lage und Frühstück ok. Immerhin gab es frisches Ei. Zimmer spartanisch mit wenig Komfort. Für 2 Nächte akzeptabel, wenn man genügsam ist.

Auf den ersten Blick macht das Hotel sehr viel her und es wirkt als möchten Sie mit den vier-Sterne-Hotels mithalten. Bei der Durchführung gibt es aber noch einige Mängel: - Personal: Das Personal - besonders im Restauranbereich - ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Jedoch nicht sehr professionell (selfis machen während des Frühstücks) - Zimmer: Schöne Einrichtung im leider fensterlosen Zimmer. Das Bad (Dusche) ist sehr schön. Auch Dinge wie Schminkspiegel und Toilettartikel (Duschgel, Shampoo, Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta) sind vorhanden; jedoch sind einige Lampen ausgebrannt - auch die eigentlich schöne Beleuchtung mit farbigem indirekten Licht; generell sind die Zimmer schon etwas abgewohnt aber es finden anscheinend gerade Renovierungsarbeiten statt - Sauberkeit: prinzipiell sauber, aber staubiger Boden (v.a.auf dem mit blaulicht beleuchteten Boden sichtbar) - Frühstück: Toastbrot mit Butter und Marmelade, eine Egg-Station und versch. warme Speisen wie Nudeln, Pommes, Bohnen,... Das Essen ist ganz okay aber nichts herausragendes Fazit: Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen, jedoch nicht für den ausgeschriebenen Zimmerpreis von 85€, das wäre auf jeden Fall zu viel!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. There are BLACK MOLD on the room wall, peeling wall paper with mold everywhere. Very dusty and not clean, we found BLOOD STAINS ON PILLOWS/LINEN in the first room, which means they don't clean the linens. Went to talk to staff did nothing, it was late and we were tired from a long flight, so I paid more for a "better" room, and found blood again on the sheets. The roof was leaking with water dripping. I don't know the safety of this building, but already black mould is the worst to breath in. STAY AWAY, even if the site says it is 7/10.

Bath room door was spoilt and unable to lock but do not fix from day 1 till day 4. Telephone extension changed but never inform customer until we need to personally go to counter and ask . Breakfast are all the same for everyday. Anyway quit convenient for business trip, got own car park.

Old, terrible, stink, bad hotel
This is my first time experienced very unhappy moment while staying at hotel. I booked Executive Suite King Bed with Bathtub but what you imagine are nothing like it. Room looks very scary with wallpaper peeled off very badly. Bathtub cracked and can't be use. The worst part, water heater was not functioning. The whole hotel got no water heater. The next morning i checked out from the hotel without taking my bath. I called receptionist from my room for 5 times and no one answering. I went down to the lobby and complained about the water heater. The receptionist lady told me to use kettle for me to be able to take bath which was so ridiculous. Breakfast time in the morning i saw only 4-5 people were there having breakfast.

One of the worst experience ever
The condition of the hotel was extremely old. There was water leakage at the lobby that's usually a bad sign if they can't even get their lobby right. I got there around 4 and they told me that room won't be ready till 6.. that's after they made me wait in the lobby for 20 mins.. i left my bags and went for dinner and came back at 7.. the room was still not ready.. finally at 8 they gave me the room. The room was in terrible condition.. bath tub was broken, the carpet has large patch of white powder (didn't even want to ask what it was), and the wall was full of water stain.. I went to the lobby.. I told them about it.. they started talking within themselves and completely ignoring me and not telling me what's happening.. they finally gave me another room 930.. at that time I was angry.. and walking in.. the room wifi didn't work.. I asked them to come fix and the guy just looked at it and said he doesn't know.. it was a joke.. so no internet for the 2 days. I woke up at 9.. went to breakfast.. there was absolutely nothing there.. not even plain bread was left. lastly my second day.. my card get deactivated.. had to go down and fix.. I don't know what to say... also the carpark was full.. and lots of mosquitos.. On the good side.. the room was spacious and looked nice but smells like something didn't quite survive. the hotel has just been poorly maintained. it had potential.. took plenty of photos of the bad condition of the hotel if anyone is interested.

Needs improvement on Housekeeping
Accommodation was worth the price and the location is well connected. Hotel needs to improve upon house keeping facilities. I stayed with family including 2 year baby and Hotel was unable to provide drinking water in the morning hours stating that their house keeping staff arrives at 9 am and only after that water can be provided.

It is terrible
Ttanz was terrible experience and i never suggest that to anybody. Rude staff, internet problem, uncomfortable room are just part of my experience at Ttanz.

Run down hotel
A very bad experience with this run-down stinky hotel, toilet flush not working with almost all staff look into it yet no maintenance staff fix it. After a night, transferred to a more stinky room. No room internet service in my stay, while they have one in the lobby - the staff doesn't want to share the access. Hotel requires cash in safety deposit whilst all front desk staff lack empathy in all concerns and requests.

The food was very disappointing for the breakfast sittings. Lighting very chinese style with down lights & mirrors everywhere. Non smoking room requested but quilt cover smokey sent. quilt changed next day & OK then. TV channels a bit sad but it is Malaysia. Aircon worked very well.

Comfortable room with some shortage
Hotel room is big enough and comfortable, shower is good but bath tub a little bit old. Breakfast for everyday are almost the same, no variety. Most funny thing is soap / bath foam are out of stock for whole hotel for quit a long time already, but nobody try to find out solution. (We really don't mind if you supply body shampoo buy from shopping mall !)

Decent budget hotel.
Within 10 min walking distance to Chow Kit Monorail station. Breakfast is boring. Food not hot. Dinner is o.k. House keeping needs improvement. I stayed 5 nights there with my wife. only one bath towel and floor rug supplies. After I complained there two bath towels and no floor rug and no toilet paper on next day. Average the room is clean even though you can find some dust at the corner of the floor.
