"Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. The absolute best perk of the unit is the hook-up to surf lessons on the North Shore from the owners. Best day of the trip for the teenagers in the group. Thank you so much for that amazing activity. "As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much.
