« Great hotel overall. Can't judge the breakfast but all the other aspects were wonderful, especially considering the prices range of the hotel. Renovated and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great neighborhood with many shops. Close to the tramway that gets you to the main station. View on the castle from the rooms located on the front side. Very very hard to beat cost-performance ratio. »

« 素晴らしいホテルです。丁寧に受付していただきました。アメニティはロビーでセルフ方式でした。ロビー、通路、部屋、とても清潔です。部屋は無駄なスペースがなく、広々としており、かつ、水回りも使い勝手が良かったです。ゆったり過ごすことができました。立地もいいです。コンビニはすぐ目の前で、繁華街の中にあるので、店選びには困りません。朝食は、熊本名物もいただけて、出張で利用しましたが旅気分も味わえました。また利用させていただきたいです »

« 新しいホテルで隅々まで綺麗にされてました。お部屋も広いベッドにミニソファーとミニテーブルもありいろんな過ごし方ができます。 1月に宿泊しましたが、シャワーの湯量も申し分ないので湯船なくても十分身体は温まりました。 バスタオル、フェイスタオル、ガウンは扉にシールを貼っておけば交換していただけます。 1階にランドリー(部屋のテレビで稼働状況がわかる)、電子レンジ、氷、簡単なアメニティ、ティーバッグ類が置いてあります。 基本はスタッフさんと関わることなく滞在できますが、荷物郵送の際にお世話になったスタッフさんはとても丁寧な対応と気配りでした。 立地もモールや繁華街に近く、バスも路面電車も近くに停まるので交通の便も良し、とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 お世話になりました、またよろしくお願いします。 »

« Hôtel parfait pour nos deux nuits à Kumamoto. Hôtel très propre et très confortable, grande chambre avec belle vue sur la ville. Deux restaurants dans l’hôtel. Très bon service, la réception nous a réservé une voiture auprès d’un loueur à proximité le lendemain de notre arrivée et nous a prêté des parapluies. Moins de 15 minutes à pied de la gare JR. »
