Love the elevator as we have a child 13 with cerebral palsy. The elevator was a lifesaver.

Beautiful beach house!

Our family had a great time at your beautiful beach house! It was clean and had everything we needed ~ kitchen items, beach chairs, etc! It's a short walk to the beach which was nice too! We also enjoyed sitting on the balconies and seeing the water! We're looking forward to coming back with our family!

Better than expected !

Great location and very convenient access to the beach ! Nice quiet setting and wonderful views to the south. My entire family really enjoyed staying at Heart Tones and will definitely be returning in the future ! Loved the garage area with being able to store our fishing gear and enjoying some ping pong competitions as well !

Great Place

Stayed for 4 nights with a group of friends and family. House was awesome. Open lay out made hanging out with everyone easy. The property overall was nice, clean, and convenient to the beach. Made for a comfortable stay for all. Check in and out was a breeze and hosts were easy to work with. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a bigger house in the area!

Relaxing & Memorable Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beach home! It was incredibly comfortable and had everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. It was also a quick drive to Fort Fisher and Kure Pier, which were great spots to explore.The views from the house were absolutely beautiful and made the stay even more special. It was the perfect setting for making lasting memories with our family.Communication and check-in were excellent. Someone was always available if we needed anything and very easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing! A brand new townhouse that is clean and well stocked. All of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds. We were only steps from the beach! The third floor has a great open floor plan with a large balcony that we enjoyed immensely! We will definitely be staying here again

What a great vacation! The house was immaculate. We loved the spacious terraces overlooking the ocean and the open plan living area. This was perfect for our family. Great vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The house was very clean and well cared for. Staying in a new house is always so nice. The biggest perk of our stay was the access to the beach. The crosswalk and beach access were immediately across the street so we were able to easily go back and forth at ease - which is a huge selling point when you have little kids with lots of stuff! The property managers were super friendly and very communicative throughout our stay and were available for anything we may have needed (but we didn't need anything). We will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing the 2nd time around

This was my family’s second year staying at the Heart Tones property and we were not disappointed. The ITrips team did an amazing job with preparing our “home away from home”. The staff responded with promptness for any message we sent. We appreciated that. Our boys loved the bunked beds and the patio for conversations w/o the parents. lol We plan to return next summer, Lord Willing. Great accommodations for a great family beach getaway.

The townhouse is perfect. The thoughtfulness of including house hold amenities and resources for the beach was a very helpful touch. Being so close to the beach was a bonus. As a family, we had room to stretch out and come together. I appreciated the information of local places in the area. Tonight, we're going to take a cruise. I wish I could stay longer. :)

Much needed vacation

This was such a beautiful home and it was designed perfectly to meet our vacation needs. The property felt brand new and the hosts took care of every detail. Our boys enjoyed the bunked beds, even though they seemed to enjoy the comfort of the bottom bunk. We were situated steps from the ocean which was a plus and being able to choose nightly views from two balconies was really nice. Vacations come and go, but memories last a lifetime. Thank you to this team for offering this amazing property that helped us relax and focus on family and loads of fun.

Our stay was delightful and just what we needed for our family vacation. The elevator was a huge bonus for your handicap family members! It was also helpful when bringing luggage and groceries up to third floor kitchen. The entrance to the beach was a little difficult with walker but we all managed to make it work. The house was fully equipped for making meals and game nights. Perfect location for a relaxed family get away. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Perfect Girls Trip

The unit was as advertised, the view to the water was by even though we were one row of houses back from the beach. Access to the beach was easy using the boardwalk across the street from the unit. Elevator was a great addition to get groceries and family up to the 3rd floor. Rooms were well appointed and the unit was very clean . Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Perfect location at Kure Beach. Response from management was prompt throughout the process of booking and during our stay. Helpful reminders around the unit as well and great information about the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Kure Beach vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at Kure Beach. Our rental Heart Tones was spotless and well appointed as promised. The kitchen had everything you could want for cooking and room for all six adults to enjoy coffee and conversation in the mornings. We enjoyed the easy flow from indoor living area to sitting out on the balcony. It was an easy walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. The elevator worked well and came in quite handy. iTrip made sure our rental check in and check out was easy and any questions we had were answered promptly. They were were always friendly, respectful and professional. Something that is hard to come bye these days. If ever back in the area we would rent through you again.

Loved this property

We come to Carolina Beach/Kure beach every summer but this was the first time we chose a property that wasn’t beach front. This condo was as good as staying right on the beach, in my opinion. It was directly across from beach access (to an area of the beach that was not crowded) and there is a decent view of the water from the balcony (which didn’t get direct sunlight like it does right on the beach so we could actually use the space and not melt). The property is located farther down Fort Fisher Blvd so the street was much quieter than properties closer to pier (about a mile from the pier). The house is updated and super clean. I highly recommend this place. It’s too big for our family of six but would stay here again if coming to beach with friends, like we did this year (we had eleven people, four adults and seven kids). It would most comfortably fit nine people if you don’t want anyone sleeping on the couch (pull out). Communication with owners was clear, easy, and timely. FYI: We didn’t use the elevator other than getting bags in and out. It’s a nice feature if you have elderly or handicap individuals in your party but note that the beach access across the street is not handicap accessible.

Our trip was perfect, great views. House was perfect and beautiful, we would stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is to get a baby gate for the top floor stairs. We had to purchase one for it.
