« Shortened stay to 1 night due to lack of cleanliness in my room. The front desk agent Divvya, was vey accommodating and offered to switch my room. But I was unable to stay in the "solution" room because upon walking in, it smelled of a heavy odor. I refused to stay the night there. Room is out-dated, shower had hair, bed sheets had black marks. Was hoping for breakfast to satisfy hearing about the omelets bar. There was none. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, on a quiet street, had plenty of room, and a nicely stocked kitchen. We love to cook on vacation so it was perfect. The location also was perfect. About 10 minutes from downtown, a quick ride to Tybee island, and a convenient Walmart and Publix right down the road. The neighbors we met were also really nice. We would definitely stay there again when we go back to Savannah. Many thanks to our hosts! »

« We had a hard time checking in. The code they gave us did not work. We contacted them and they gave us a different code….that also didn’t work. The cleaning staff was there and saw that we were having trouble, so they helped us contact the property manager, which was very nice of them as they didn’t have to. « The place is wonderful, we had a great time, spotless, well equipped. We park our car for the weekend and walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Walking noise from the apartment above is the one and only thing that keeps it from being perfect. We felt safe walking back to it from our night time ghost tour. Overall a great stay. »

« Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again. »

"Chambre propre, hôtel très bien situé avec une belle promenade le long de la rivière. Personnel top et très réactif. Notre problème de nuisance de la chambre voisine à 3h du matin a été réglé très rapidement par la sécurité de l’hôtel. Je recommande!"

"Je suis très moyennement satisfaite. Lorsque l’on réserve une suite supérieure pour 4 personnes et qu’à votre arrivée, le canapé lit n’est même pas préparé et que l’on doit le préparer soi-même, ce n’est pas agréable après des heures de voyage. Les draps n’etaient même pas dans la chambre ni les serviettes. il a fallu se rendre plusieurs fois la réflexion, aucune aide ne nous a été proposé. Réserver une suite à 200 $ la nuit avec des adolescents et devoir dormir les coussins d’un canapé n’est pas acceptable. Ce n’est pas un couchage ni un matelas! C’est honteux. Le parking est hors de prix Le petit déjeuner est correct mais la salle beaucoup trop petite L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre historique de Savanah. Aucun effort à la réception pour les gens, ne parlons pas couramment et rapidement l’anglais! "
