„The property was in a great location, just minutes from the beach and shopping. However, the furniture in the living area was dated and worn and the kitchen was dated. I paid much more for this property than similar properties. Having said that, the property was clean and family friendly with a nice common pool area and quiet surroundings.“

„Condo was very pleasant, exactly as stated in posting. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Lots of storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and hooks throughout the condo to hang things up. Only issue was the thermostat, we could never get it below 70 and as 3 older women we needed it cooler at night. Otherwise, great condo, very comfortable and great location at the small pool.“

„Everything was great! The only thing that I had a problem with, was there was no soap to wash your hands with in the one bathroom. I did have a problem figuring out how to lock the main door, but I messaged the property manager and got a response back. So no worries! “

„Very clean and easy access to the beach “

„We took our kids (11 and 7) to the Heritage on Saturday and stayed here for a quick one-night stay. Great location. Short walk to Salty Dog Cafe which is where the tournament shuttle picks up spectators. We did walk to the beach which was not too far. The inside was clean and a perfect size for a family of 4 or 5. The back patio is great to sit and watch the kids fish. We will definitely be back and will definitely bring fishing poles next time.“

„What a wonderful villa! Bright, cheerful, and a relaxing, spacious place to relax and unwind after a day on the island. An easy walk to Sea Pines Center for Market Day on Tuesdays, as well as unique shops and restaurants! It’s also so close to Harbour Town, or a very quick drive to the Beach Club! Incredible location!
