Nettes Boutiquehotel, sehr freundlicher Service, schöne Zimmer.. Meine einzige Kritik wäre teilweise das Frühstück.. Die Auswahl war teilweise etwas beschränkt und die Säfte waren eine Katastrophe.. In einem tropischen Land erwarte ich frische Säfte.. Dafür könnte man die Gläser ja kleiner gestalten.. Gläser

We stayed 3 nights in "The Vira" Kuta because of it's near to the airport. The Hotel offers a free airport transfer, which was perfect. Thanks to the nice trainee, who welcomed us! Overall we had a good stay. Here are some things they could improve: the selection for breakfast was not so good, so on day 3 we went out for breakfast. The upper pool could be a bit cleaner. There are not many sun lounger and the few they have were blocked with towels by other guest early in the morning. We only get a free sun lounger at one day of three despite we booked a pool access room.

Super Unterkunft, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Essen war super und die Preise völlig in Ordnung. Alles war sehr sauber. Lediglich das “Gym” könnte besser ausgestattet sein.

Das Hotel an sich ist elegant und bietet sehr viel. Leider ist das Hotel schlecht geführt, man wird am Pool zum Beispiel nicht mit Getränken bedient. Wir haben durch das Hotel einen Transfer zum Flughafen gebucht und wir glaubten dem Hotel, dass 2h 30h vor dem Flug abgeholt reichen würde. Vor dem Hotel bis zum Flughafen um 21:30 war alles voll Stau. 1. Da der Fahrer auch nach 30min Verspätung nicht kam habe ich bei der Rezeption ein Taxi verlangt. Das Personal hat aber anstatt kurz auf die Strasse zu gehen und uns dort von Vielen Taxis eins zu holen, eines über die Zentrale bestellt, welches natürlich auch im Stau stand. Wir haben fast unsern Flug verpasst.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is ok, but missing good quality food. No tea service at all! Only coffee. Close to the airport, but not at the beach. The rooms close to the street are very noisy. In the back it is ok.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Direkt vorm Hotel gibt es eine Mall, sehr praktisch! Einziger Nachteil ist, dass diese abends lauter Musik spielt, was aber nicht allzu störend ist. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel!

Once again, The Vira NEVER lets you down. Beautiful, clean & comfortable rooms, efficient pick up/drop of FREE service to the airport, good options for breakfast. But by and far, it’s the SERVICE. 10/10. The Vira is always my option for both the beginning and end of my Bali holiday - so will be back in 2 weeks when it’s time to go home.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bali. The first time I stayed here was about 6 years ago, and this is my 7th time. It's not too big, but it's just the right size for a solo traveler, and there's a shopping center right in front of it, so it's very convenient. The staff are very cheerful and kind, with lovely smiles. There are no staff members who can speak Japanese, but some staff members will speak to you in broken Japanese, which makes you feel very close to them. When I stayed here six months ago, I felt that the hospitality had improved, but this time I felt that the quality of the service had improved even more. The room was also carefully cleaned. This is definitely my favorite hotel. I'll definitely stay here the next time I go to Bali.

When arriving in Bali, we stayed here one night. Their free transportation service to the vila was smooth and all the people working there were kind and always smiling. We tried the burger and BLT sandwich with avocado for dinner at their restaurant and both were very tasty. The room was simple yet good taste. I like their bed, too. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Don’t forget trying their mix omelette, which is really great. The swimming pool was small, but clean. In a word, I enjoyed our first night here. Thank you very much.

This was a really great place to stay. The hotel had a driver- Santa- pick me up at the airport. I was sent a photo so I knew who was coming . I had some complications while at the airport and Santa saved the day! I’m so grateful to him. The room was beautiful, comfortable bed. I already booked a return stay for the end of my trip here in Bali. I would highly recommend this hotel .

Good hotel nice and clean. Nice pool. Only issue was very thin walls so could hear neighbouring rooms every word. Maybe not help as room was interconnected. Lots of loud music from across the street can be heard at night. Earplugs provided but not ideal if rested sleep wanted!
