« This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property. At the most, this is a 3-star property. Installing whirlpool baths in rooms does not mean that you now have a 5-star hotel. Personnel wants to offer a good service but they lack proper training and the end result is that customers receive a bad service. « The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. »

« séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel, loin du bruit incessant de toutes les villes et villages de l'Inde, le restaurant est un des meilleurs que l'on a testé pendant notre voyage. nous n'avons pas essayé le spa qui était désert. la piscine était très froide et dommage que certains clients se croient à Disney land à se prendre en photo au milieu des bungalows sinon notre séjour aurait été parfait »
