Schöne Suite ohne Tageslicht
Habe einen Upgrade zu einer Suite bekommen. Ich war nur eine Nacht im Hotel, es war sehr bequem. Alle Fenster gaben auf der Lobby/ Innenhof ohne Tageslicht..Es war Ok für eine Nacht aber länger hätte es mir nicht gefallen.

Riesige Gym mit vielen Geräten, schöne Sauna & Swimmingpool, excellebter Spa-Bereici. Besonders gut waren die ausgefallenen Restaurants wie Steakhouse, japanisch, libanesisch und iranisch. Natürlich gab es auch die üblichen Langweiler wie international und italienisch

This holiday inn is much greater than any other Holiday inn. Great free shuttle bus(They use GMC Yukon) was great.. Widely open lobby. Food is also quite good

The customer service was amazing. They accommodated our late check in and even later check out. Anything asked of room service was always delivered in a timely manner.

Given that it is a five star hotel, I expected my room to be nicer. We were three people, and I specifically booked a room for three, so they brought a roll away cot. Also despite it being a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke. The staff were very kind, the room service was excellent.

Amazing hotel.
It was amazing trip the hotel services was amazing and all employees were very helpful I really recommend this hotel for everyone to stay beside the spa it’s wonderful for relaxing time.

Convenient and hassle free. Good restaurants. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I did smell cigarette smoke coming through the hvac which was a bit unpleasant, but not intolerable.

Two Night Business Trip
Stayed here for 2 nights for a work meeting in Kuwait. Really nice and comfortable hotel - but most of all, the staff could not be more friendly and helpful.... really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and was happy with the service. Complimentary courtesy car to the airport was also an unexpected bonus! Nice Pool, Nice Food, Nice Rooms...
