Dunkle Kammer mit wenig Platz & keinen Service!
Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick (grade auf den Bilder) toll und künstlerisch. Doch es ist eine Katastrophe... die Zimmer sind alle schwarz gestrichen, haben schwarze Möbel und ist generell sehr dunkel. Das Licht kommt von oben und wirkt wie Scheinwerfer. Schrecklich für all die, die sich schminken. Damit nicht genug.. die Fenster sind angeklebt und lassen sich nicht öffnen. Es hat etwas von einem Dachsloch in dem man lebt. Zudem ist es nicht sauber. Überall ist eine dicke Staubschicht. Als wir das bemängelt haben, wurde nur sperrig geputzt. Generell wurden wir in anderen Hotels mit mehr japanischer Gastfreundschaft verwöhnt. Den angepriesenen Kaffee kann man nur in der Lobby trinken und darf diese NICHT mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Hier wird man auf mehreren Schilder unfreundlich gewarnt. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten in unseren "Gruppenzimmer" weder einen Schrank noch Möglichkeit unsere Koffer zu öffnen. Wer Tetris mag, wird hier seine Freude haben. Alles in allem: wirklich schlimm!

We'll be monitoring the effectiveness of our cleaning staff to ensure that standards are maintained all the time and do everything we can to avoid these kind of situations in the future.Regarding coffee, we do not allow guests to bring coffee into their rooms, as coffee stains cannot be removed if they get dirty on the carpet in the guest room. Sehr modernes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, deswegen können wir nicht viel über den Service sagen. Uns hat aber besonders das Design von allem gefallen und das man sich an der Rezeption Einwegartikel nach Bedarf holen konnte. Leider gab es kein Fenster, durch das man schauen konnte, was aber nicht stört wenn man nur dort schlafen möchte und die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

My boyfriend and his sister had asthma issues due to the amount of dust in the rooms. Easily the dirtiest hotel I've ever experienced. We requested a humidifier and the front desk gave us one with mold inside. We asked for extra pillows and the front desk told us there were no extras available.

Room was a bit larger for Japanese standard but no fridge. Shower was amazing! Check in was automated which was neat. 7-11 in the building for ease. Bus stop and train very close. Commons room very neat with kitchen and games and had outdoor patio that was amazing. Breakfast breads were tasty. Decor was cute as well.

Cute tiny room. Fast check in and check out. There is nothing in the room except for bathroom, but they have a big guest room by the lobby with the tv, huge manga collection and a dining room. Plenty of room to eat at with some kitchen stuff.

Really loved this quirky and fun hotel. Rooms are somewhat small, but the design makes the most of them. Showers are spacious and an experience in themselves. All amenities are provided, except for tissues. The breakfast offered is really a coffee and pastry. Otherwise, a 10/10.

Vale a pena se for à Kyoto
Hotel bem localizado, do lado de supermercados, ponto de ônibus, metrô, loja de conveniência e 10 minutos da estação de Kyoto. O hotel possui o diferencial de oferecer café e chá 24 horas por dia e alguns pãezinhos de manhã sem nenhum adicional (o que ajuda bastante), além de ter uma ótima área fora do quarto para conversar, estudar ou trabalhar. O quarto em si é bastante bonito, mas pessoalmente achei muito escuro, mas acredito que seja uma escolha do hotel para contrastar com os lindos desenhos nos quartos.

Simples, bem localizado e pouco conforto.
O hotel tem uma proposta simples com atendimento eletrônicos e quase sem contato pessoal. Para chegar ao atendimento do check-in é necessário subir ao terceiro andar do hotel. Os quartos são pequenos e escuros com todas as paredes pretas. A cama consistia de dois colchões separados que ficavam sobre uma plataforma de madeira lisa, tornando impossível deixa-los juntos. Sem geladeira ou amenidades no quarto. As amenidades ficam no lobby. Enfim, não recomendaria.

I like the style of the hotel, good service, I’m ok about not cleaning on a daily basis but I would really like my bed was made every day, and the floor was weeped. I would really like too, they have a service of sending suitcases to my other hotel, or that they could helped me with the process, because now my suitcases haven’t arrived and I’m really concern about them. ☹️

Esta muy bien ubicado, tienes la estacion del metro y del tren muy cerca, las intalaciones son tematicas de manga, servicio de cafeteria las 24 hrs, lavanderia, etc. Muy economico para todo lo que ofrece, el personal del hotel habla varios idiomas, aunque practicamente todo esta automatizado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

We have a family of 5 so it was difficult to find a place for all of us especially in Japan. The rooms are usually very tight but the connecting room that we had was perfect for us. We had a bathroom for each room. The rooms were very clean but a little dark in terms of lighting. Very cute decor so the kids loved it. Best part was complimentary coffee, tea, hot water in the lounge. The kids loved the free breakfast bread downstairs and connecting 7-11 was their daily breakfast. Staff was very polite and helped with fancy luggage storage unit .
