„We had a good stay. The free parking was a nice perk for the price. The room we were assigned initially had a leaky air conditioner but they promptly helped us move rooms. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathtub was clean and unexpectedly large. Compared to other hotels at the price point in Seoul the room was clean.“

„The hotel has a central location as Metro and train station is just 5 Minuten away. Airport Bus 6002 stops in front of Lotte departement store. The room was stylish, the beds comfortable and the bedding comfy. Free water bottles and Juice cans in fridge provided free of charge. The included breakfast was more for korean customers, however there was coffee, orange juice, cereal, milk, yogurt, eggs, slices of orange and banana, toast and buns with butter and jam. „Great Room, but walls between the rooms are so thin, you can hear anything the guest nextdoor is doing. Unfortunately we had neighbours who always made noise until 4 pm, so we were exhausted after the stay. The night portier unfortunately did not speak english, therefore no chance for us to explain our issue with the noise. The rooms unfortunately were not well maintained as we had used tooth brushes and partly used bath accessories in our room.....“

„The location is okay being next to subway. Even though rural area, the hotel is clean, no smell of smoking, and especially manager was super nice. We came from usa and he helped us out and all. Subway is walkable, so u can go everywhere if u know how to use subway. “

„It's amazing to find such a cheap and clean accommodation on a trip to Seoul. I made a reservation because it's not expensive and the reviews are good, but the bed is big It's comfortable! I liked it because it was self-check-in, not face-to-face, and I was satisfied because it was quiet outside near the apartment.“

The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). Also, convenience store located below the hotel was great for late night snacks and easy uploading of Wow and T-money card.“
