Guest receives 96.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival; Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away.
Rental agreement must be signed and 750.00 damage deposit hold must be place on a credit card before access to home can be given.

This property is perfect for your family or group ANY time of the year! Come inside the great room with a breathtaking view of the lake is just what is needed to get away from the grind. In the spring/summer/fall enjoy the fire pit with s'mores and conversation while sitting under the stars surrounded by the mountains and lake.
This property books Sunday to Sunday for our summer season- typically the first full week of June through the first week of August. Other dates require a 2 night minimum. We book for all holidays as well!

Cedarview Creek comes with a free covered slip at the popular Sugar Hollow Marina. Bring your own boat or rent one from the many convenient boat rental companies. Most will deliver right to your dock.
