Tolle Unterkunft in schöner Lage
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar grillen ist ohne Probleme möglich. Schöner, großer Balkon mit Blick auf den Sportplatz. Außerdem toller privater Pool mit weiteren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin komplikationslos und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine traumhafte Anlage
Wir wurden bereits im Vorfeld von der Gastgeberin kontaktiert und über alles Wichtige informiert. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der Garten wunderschön und gepflegt - insgesamt eine traumhafte Anlage. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants etc. Dadurch, dass das Grundstück und auch der Pool als solches durch Tore gesichert sind, ist es auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Um die Ecke gibt es auch Sport- und Spielplätze, so dass Kindern gut beschäftigt werden können. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist genau so wie beschrieben. Es ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Vermieter wohnen in der unter Etage, sind aber nie zusehen. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt den Pool nicht nutzen aber es sah auch sauber aus. Im Garten sind mehrere Orangenbäume eingepflanzt und diese dürfen gepflückt werde. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt

Traumhaftes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten
Ein wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Ein großer Wohnbereich mit Kamin, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine Küche, die mit allen Geräten sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch, von hier aus ist mit dem Auto alles sehr gut zu erreichen: Valencia, die nördliche Costa Blanca, Xativa und Bocairent. Ein wundervoller Garten gehört dazu mit Orangen- und Mandarinenbäumen. Dazu ein großer Grill (Holzkohle und Gas). Am Pool kann man herrlich entspannen. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir am Sonntag angereist sind haben Sie sogar für uns etwas Essen und Getränke gekauft. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Heather und Tony für diese wunderschöne Zeit!!!

Espacioso, tranquilo, limpio!
Hemos sido 6 personas: 4 adultos y dos niños y el espacio ha sido perfecto tanto dentro de la casa como el exterior. La piscina era una pasada! Mis hijos y el resto de la familia disfrutaron mucho. Heather es muy amable, pendiente y 100% disponible. Nos hemos sentido muy bien atendidos. En el anuncio no quedó muy claro que se vive en la segunda planta, pero no había ningún problema porque todo estaba bien separado respetando la intimidad y privacidad de todos. El resto es justo todo como en las fotos de la web. Además mi hijo pudo cumplir su sueño de jugar en un campo de fútbol, porque el conserje del polideportivo de enfrente siendo invitados de Heather nos dejaba pasar a jugar después de los entrenamientos. Como mejora propondría poner mosquiteras a las ventanas ya que es una área con muchos mosquitos y se me dejaba algún centimetro de la piel de mis hijos sin repelente iban enseguida dejando picaduras muy molestas. El pueblo tiene dos supermercados y la playa de Gandía estaba a solo 20-25 minutos en coche. Las vistas son preciosas a las montañas y el pueblo. Así que unas vacaciones donde todos hemos disfrutado mucho y un sitio 100% recomendable!

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Gegend
Schöne Unterkunft im 1. OG mit Terasse und Garten (mit Grillstelle und zus. Gasgrill und Waschbecken). Den Pool ist etwas höher im hinteren Bereich des Grundstücks gelegen und über eine Treppe zu erreichen, hier gibt es eine Toilette und Dusche. Der Pool ist mit 4 Liegen und 3 großen Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet und kann von den Nachbargrundstücken nicht eingesehen werden. Alle Treppen und der Zugang zum Garten ist mit kleinen Törchen abgesperrt. Die netten Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Wir haben Sie in einer Woche lediglich 2-3 Mal gesehen und hatten jederzeit unsere Privatsphäre. Leider ist die gesamte Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (insbesondere in der Küche) und die Unterkunft war nicht übermäßig sauber. Dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiter emfehlen, solange die letzten beiden Punkte keine zu große Rolle spielen.

Dear Clemens Thank you for your feed back. I’m extremely shocked by your comments about cleanliness. My husband and I alway pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the villa as you can see from past reviews. In this time of Covid the villa is throughly cleaned and then cleaned again with antibacterial spray. I wish during your stay you had mentioned to me you were dissatisfied as I could have rectified the problem at the time. I am a very appreciable person. I am sorry you felt the villa was a little dated especially the kitchen. I do not advertise as a new modern villa we advertise as a typical Spanish villa and our prices reflect this. The kitchen is fully equipped the only thing we don’t have is a dishwasher but we do not advertise one. Pictures of kitchen have been updated today 5th July. I am pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay at villa Flora.

Heel fijn verblijf
Heather is een goede gastvrouw en behulpzaam. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Jammer, dat het weer niet meedeed, maar daar kan niemand iets aan doen. Het is zeer ruim en compleet. Jammer, dat het een beperkte wifiverbinding heeft. Wij kunnen de gastvrouw en heer zeker aanbevelen.

We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Although we don’t have fiber internet our internet connection is normally much better than it was during your stay. I think all of the wind that we have had in the last few months have moved our receiver dish. I have reported it to the company and they have now fixed the problem. Een prima locatie voor een aangenaam verblijf
In het algemeen is dit een prima vakantieplek. Echter, indien je TV belangrijk vindt, dan moet je beseffen dat er slechts 3 Spaanse zenders zijn; ook een dongel van Google biedt geen uitkomst aangezien het wifibereik zeer matig is. Appen kan prima maar zelfs de krant downloaden vraagt veel geduld. Dus de technische verzorging is matig voor de rest zoals gezegd een prima vakantieplek.

Week visit for business and pleasure
Lovely, friendly hosts. Property very secure, clean and with all the facilities you will need. Quiet at nights and also next to the football pitch car park so easy to park at anytime. Only a short walk into the village (or a 2 minute car ride) where there are plenty of bars, supermarkets etc. Village to the motorway in a couple of minutes so could be a good base for exploring the area. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Heerlijk verblijf met groot zwembad en prachtige tuin
Ons verblijf in de vakantiewoning van Heather was heel positief. We hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad en de prachtige tuin met barbecue. De woning is ruim en is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie. Zowel het strand als de bergen zijn dichtbij om een dagje op pad te gaan. Zeker aan te raden!

Villa Flora and it’s beautiful gardens
Great break away at villa flora for a week. Heather the host is so helpful and goes beyond her requirements to please. Very kind and considerate too. The Villa is in good order with lots of amenities. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it just chilling on hot days. For our use the Villa was perfect but if you want to go to the nearby towns or beaches you definitely need to hire a car really as public transport and taxis are in short supply. One other thing that would be great if there was air conditioning. The Spanish summers are definitely getting hotter and although most nights were not too bad one night was almost unbearable. Didn’t deduct a star for this as the Villa is advertised without air conditioning and I’m sure the price also reflects this. All in all it was a lovely place to stay in a quiet and peaceful area and with everything you needed for a lazy holiday.

Très belle villa sécurisé. L'eau de la piscine était très bonne et la piscine était placé à l'arrière pour y accéder il fallait montrer un petit escalier avec barrière parfait pour évité les accidents avec les enfants qui voudront s'aventurer sans la surveillance des parents. Les propriétaires son trop gentil et même s'il habite sur place on les voient jamais, très beau jardin disponible. Très bon moment passé chez eux

Maison spacieuse et avec de beaux espaces : jardin avec plancha, très belle piscine , terrasse couverte vraiment plaisante. On y a passé de bons moments en famille. L'environnement est agréable, à la fois animé et calme en milieu de journée. Heather et Tony ont été d'excellents hôtes, toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons eu plaisir à discuter avec eux. Les températures ont été assez élevées lors de notre séjour. Et il a fait assez chaud dans la maison. N'ayant pas de climatisation, les ventilateurs étaient bien utiles ! Je recommande chaleureusement les vacances à la Villa Flora !

La casa de Heather reune las condiciones para relajarse y poder respirar aire puro y lleno de azahar y jazmín, en medio de un entorno lleno de huertas de naranjis y frutales. Super stay. The Villa is very spacious and well equipped, comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden is amazing, as is the large private pool and outdoor cooking area. Be sure to remember your insect repellent! It’s a great base for exploring the area. Our children loved the close proximity to the sports facilities and playing in the pool. Excellent VFM…..

Lovely apartment very spacious with beautiful gardens and pool.
The property was large and spacious with everything you could need. Gardens and pool beautiful and very clean. Loved watching the football opposite in the evenings from the terrace. Village was fairy quiet a lot shut I think was due to the time of year. Heather was a very kind and helpful.

Lovely property and great for children
Great property, excellent value for money and really good for children. Beautiful swimming pool, gardens and great to have shutters in all rooms. The garden is beautful, all enclosed. Gas and coal bbqs available. Could have done with some more pillows in the bedrooms otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. The local town is authentically Spanish. Would advise checking restaurant opening times before you head down on an evening.

Super lieve gastvrouw en een mooie vakantiewoning , vanuit hier heb je veel uitvalswegen om verschillende leuke stadjes te bezoeken zoals Gandia, Denia en Xabia. De lokale voetbal club heeft een super leuke kantine waar je op vrijdag avond heerlijke tapas kan eten ! Al met al een goed verblijf

Puente de la Constitución
Estuvimos el puente de la Constitución en el alojamiento y nos pareció estupenda la relación calidad precio. El alojamiento limpísimo, muy amplio, las camas cómodas, el jardín precioso y mis hijas disfrutaron mucho del parque municipal que está en frente, con tirolinas y todo.

Perfect for a quiet Spanish break
Villa Flora is a large homely apartment with beautiful gardens & a lovely clean private pool. We had a very enjoyable stay using the amenities in the village, which were more than adequate, just a short 5 min walk to the centre. It's a typical Spanish community so be prepared to mix in with the locals. Very friendly & helpful people in the shops & restaurants. Heather & Tony were very welcoming & helpful, on hand but not intrusive. Their local knowledge is very useful. A great base to explore nearby & further afield. There are a few steps up to the villa & the pool area. The villa has a locked entrance gate. The sports field across the road is used regularly by the local community. The location was generally very peaceful & tranquil. We'd happily stay here again & recommend it.

Semana casi perfecta
La verdad es que ha sido una semana estupenda. La casa está genial como en las fotos, los dueños te dan la privacidad que deseas, apenas nos hemos cruzado un par de veces en toda la semana y en frente tienes unas instalaciones deportivas y un bar-restaurante donde tomar algo mientras los niños juegan. La piscina superior y la zona de barbacoa también aunque no pudimos utilizar la de carbón por riesgo de incendio, pero también tienen una barbacoa de gas que casi está mejor. Aunque si haces barbacoa tiene que ser pronto porque la iluminación en el jardín es escasa. Pero claro todo viaje tiene un pero ja ja ja. Nuestra estancia solo fracaso con los molestos MOSQUITOS. Recomiendo encarecidamente a todo que vaya que lleve los enchufes contra los mosquitos ya que por la noche te acribillan además en la casa hace mucho calor, hay un par de ventiladores que hacen más amena la estancia y las camas tampoco son demasiado cómodas. Pero por lo demás de 10.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry you had a problem with mosquitoes, it is not something I have a problem with but good advice to put mosquito machines in the bedrooms. I’m sorry you didn’t find the bed very comfortable. I have ordered a new bed and mattress today. Unfortunately during hot months it is prohibited to have BBQs with fire that’s why we supply the gas BBQ. This information is on the web page.
