« The Francis is charming and very comfortable. It looks as pretty and fresh in person as it does online. We appreciated the decor and thoughtful details such as a basket of cozy throws by the sofa, earplugs (if needed), comfortable beds and pillows, room-darkening drapes, and complimentary bath gel and shampoo. The location is close to Round Top which was our purpose for visiting. We look forward to future stays! »

« This property is the perfect retreat for our family of four, especially the pool, which was the highlight of our time spent at the house. The location is remote and still a convenient drive to Round Top and La Grange. The host is easy to communicate with and the hospitality was genuine and personal. This is our second year booking this rental and we will no doubt return again. »
