„Property is off the highway enough to be peaceful, but 30 minutes or less to anything you need. Loved the Texas decor-longhorn horns, cowhide. Plenty to watch on tv, grounds are nice. Didn't use the fire pit-June just isn't the right season. Washer/dryer were great for our two week stay. Wayne was attentive and often there taking care of the grounds. Took advantage of the dinosaur park and the state park as well as an indoor play park with our grandchildren. Pricing puts this place at a bargain.“

„We loved our time and stay at River RV. It was so peaceful and quite. Our host Curtis was very friendly and helpful. The RV was well stocked, clean and had everything you needed to feel and be comfortable. The scene from the RV to the river was beautiful, mowed and well kept. We enjoyed the sounds of birds, and the neighborhood was so peaceful, and only a few minuets from town. „Wonderful stay! The house is perfect for entertaining. Inside the house, the kitchen and common area are enormous. But the outside was my favorite! The backyard was sprawling and has a lovely view of the Colorado River. It’s an absolute must to kayak/canoe on the river. This part of the river is expansive but very calm.
