It was clean and comfortable for our family of 5, including 3 teens. Beds were comfy. Good location, 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min drive to shops and restaurants. Pool and jacuzzi were clean, no one else was there so that was nice. The building itself is old and you have to go through a couple doors and corridors to get to the unit, but the unit itself is great. Parking stall is included. A great stay.

The description stated that the place was air conditioned. It was extremely hot in California the week we were there and the place has only one floor air conditioner in the master bedroom. The air conditioner also looked dirty. The air conditioner only cooled the one room and the rest of the place was hot. Also, packages were delivered to the door that we brought in (just odd). Our biggest complaint was for the amount of money we paid, it was uncomfortably hot the entire time we were in there. We wouldn't have stayed there if we knew that there wasn't air condition in all the rooms.
