I have never given a home a negative review before but I feel I need to this time. The host was not communicative about check in and the house was not up to VRBO standards. Stsined on furniture and floors. Weeds and debri. But most importantly it did not conform to the written and pictured descriptions. Not every bedroom had AC and there was only 1 controller for all individual units. There is a lovely garden but you are not allowed to use it and biscSTOP signs are everywhere. Finally an angry neighbor came over and confronted my husband asking angrily if we were the owners. We said no and she stomped off. It is av4. Dr 2 bath and we had 4 adults and 3 small children. We were charged extr people fees and that seems excessive. I told the owner I would post this and they said go ahead. I post really strong reviews but this was one I want to not repeat. Sorry but don’t book this house
