« Despite the location on the border of an autoroute, the hotel is close to Contensa, to the Bosque Chapulteque and to the av de la Reforma, thus very functional by walk. The hotel is secured by attendants at the door, and very clean. English is not common but so is it in Mexico city. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse is definitively a plus. We stayed more than a week. I highly recommend V65. »

« Overall, the one-month stay was OK. What made it most pleasant is the staff. Each member was responsive and kind. The building’s location truly requires a rental car. It is not walking distance to any amenities like coffee shops, supermarkets, or restaurants. Hence, every outing required a 25 to 40-minute walk or an Uber ride. « Property and surrounding neighborhood is clean, friendly and well kept. Large number of tourists staying in the area. Loft was clean and beautifully arranged. Bed was EXTRA firm and old when we changed the sheets. Window view of the city but no way to completely block light from outside. Description was appropriate, host was amenable, good price, 20-30 minutes from most areas of the city. »

However, the clothes dryer didn’t function, so laundry was not done, stool ring and lids on both toilets were about to fall off of which was reported and not resolved.
