Worst Legacy Villas experience we have had out of many. The dishwasher was sitting in the middle of the kitchen waiting for its replacement which came four days after we arrived and was installed two days later. The two lamps in the living room were broken, the couches were uncomfortably rock-hard, the beds’ mattresses were worn out, lumpy, and hammock-like. My sister, a local realtor, came to stay for two nights and left after one saying it was the worst mattress she had ever slept on. The air conditioners were so loud as to interrupt conversation. Management acknowledged the unit’s flaws and promised us monetary compensation which we have not yet received. We treat these properties as our own and have always received five stars as renters. We look forward to our next rental to be as advertised.
