PET-FRIENDLY

One pet is permitted with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per stay. For Airbnb reservations, applicable service fees and taxes may also apply.



The recommended pet weight limit is 25 lbs. Larger pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.



POOL & SPA HEATING

Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. This applies to stays between Oct 15 - Apr 15

Gas meter readings are recorded at check-in and check-out to calculate actual heating usage. Heating costs vary depending on usage, outdoor temperatures, and selected temperature settings.

• Identification: Official photo ID is required for the primary guest

• Occupancy: Primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay

• Payment: Credit card used for payment must belong to the primary renter

• We may request the primary renter's email address, contact number

• No third-party bookings

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

• Parking: Garage /driveway and street parking

• Summer A/C Fee: $50 per night from April 15 through October 31

• Cancellation Policy: 60 days' notice required
