The photos really don't do justice to this property. It is situated in a beautiful gated community so as a guest you feel very secure. The home is lovely!!Having three full bathrooms is an added bonus. It is well appointed with everything you need. The kitchen has all tableware, cooking pots and pans and accessories you could ask for. The hosts are very responsive with text messaging and emails.We enjoyed our stay so much we hope to return next year.

We loved our stay at this La Quinta Golf and Pool home. The views were tremendous and we especially liked that the back of the house faced west so we could enjoy the sunshine all day. The neighborhood is very calming and peaceful. In addition, the home was immaculately clean and included some much appreciated luxury touches such as plenty of thick soft towels for the pool and plenty of outdoor seating. The towels inside the baths were also high quality with plenty of extra bath and hand towels. We didn’t come across any maintenance issues other than a broken ironing board, but not a big issue. All of the rooms have been very tastefully decorated. We hope we can come back to enjoy this home again soon. And were so impressed we would probably buy the house if it were listed! You really can’t go wrong renting this home.

Since we have only one day left in our stay, we want to formally share our concerns and request a partial refund based on several significant issues we experienced during the week.First, the internet service has been inconsistent and unreliable, affecting both the internet and TV. We had no access for approximately 18 hours upon arrival, and the service went out again two days later. Your provider identified issues with the router and indicated that new equipment and parts were needed—problems that should have been addressed before guests arrived. Cynthia was very helpful in arranging a temporary workaround so we could at least have service for Thanksgiving Day, and we appreciate her support. However, the repeated outages and lack of dependable internet/TV access significantly disrupted our stay. Second, several maintenance concerns were never addressed despite assurances that staff would come by. We reported beeping fire alarms with low batteries, a leaking wine fridge, and a kitchen faucet that is not properly anchored and wobbles from the base. We were told someone would stop by to resolve these items, yet no one followed up.Additionally, we encountered black bugs in the home. Although we were told that someone would bring a spray for us to use, no follow-up occurred here either.Lastly, the kitchen—described as gourmet—was not consistent with that standard. Supplies were extremely limited (e.g., one glass wine glass, no basic utensils like a potato masher, only

Spring Break Golf Trip

We brought our HS aged daughters out to swim and enjoy the sunshine while my husband and I played golf. The home was a perfect retreat. We loved watching the golfers tee off from the pool and the beautiful sunsets over the hills. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this beautiful home while attending the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament in Indian Wells. Our stay couldn't have been any better. The pool and spa were fantastic. When we weren't at the tournament we were able to watch on large screen TV even on the patio! Wonderful stay!!!

Wonderfull Stay

My wife and I and another couple stayed at this beautiful home near the 6th tee box in November for a local golf tournament and couldn't have picked a better Host and Home. Owning a vacation rental ourselves we appreciated the communication we had with Lisette the owner throughout our stay as she checked in several times to make sure things were good. The house was clean and well supplied and the views of the course and the mountain views made our stay that much better. We've found our home base when back in the region. Jim and Nikki

This property and the property manager are ideal. The instructions fantastic down to the littlest detail and everything was 5 star like my home. We ate and swam and played cards and took a daily walk around the property. I would highly recommend this house to all who want a La Quinta amazing experience and like a Ritz experience. We wish we had stayed for two weeks, So many golf course and good restaurants
