Never wanted to leave Villa Anaima!
For 8 days, Villa Anaima had a soothing and relaxing effect on our family. We were able to forget the troubles in the world to relax in the pool, on the porch and in the beautiful open air living room. Although much of the house is air conditioned, we liked to keep the common areas open to the fresh air. The villa is well equiped and has televisions in every room, which we did not turn on once even with our grandchildren in place, ages 3 and 6. No need to in this little oasis.Julio, the butler, Elida, the cook and Altagracia, the housekeeper, took spectacular care of all 7 of us, always friendly and smiling. Elida treated us to Dominican cuisine which we enjoyed very much. Julio made us fresh limonade with mint every afternoon which I miss. All three of the staff were very sweet to the kids and the adults alike.We had a problem with one golf cart and when we pointed it out, a new rented golf cart arrived immediately until the original was fixed. I feel that Anaima's manager and staff were there to meet our every need. Thank you Anaima and Casa de Campo for a wonderful vacation.
