Everything was great! Check-in was smooth, room was spacious and clean. AC and Wifi were solid. Very close to the train station, which means it's a great place to stay if you want to explore Cinque Terre!

We had issues contacting someone to get checked in but once we were in, the room was clean with the promised amenities. I will say the cups they provide for the tea disintegrate before you can finish your hot beverage so they might want to get some different cups or bring your own. The beds were ok in terms of comfort.

A big supermarket with a cafe is near the hotel, so it was very convenient for us to get water and snacks as well as a great coffee and bread. The room was very clean and cozy to stay. I liked everything and it was a perfect place. The only thing that needs to improve is the soundproof window. It was not too noisy, but we could hear some blare outside in the night.

There is cleaning Service every day. There is towel warming stand which is perfect for drying clothes. The coordinator is very friendly and helpful.

Magnífica habitación familiar, cómoda, limpia, fácil de llevar desde la estación centrales de La Spezia. Fácil de llegar a Cinque Terre. Amabilidad y gentileza por parte de su anfitriona quien nos ayudó y recomendó excelentes restaurantes en la zona.

The property is clean and close to the train station as listed However I wouldn’t recommend the property to solo travelers as the neighborhood and the building the room is in are both quite dark and deserted at night

good location
the host was very nice in welcoming us. we love the location due to it’s so near the La Spezia central station. less than 10 minutes walk . so convenient to go back and forth to Cinque Terre. the town itself has good things to do,nice streets and very good seafood restaurants. make sure you check the address of your accomodation due to there is another location closer to the center which is farther from train station ..rooms were comfortable and clean.

Værelset var rent og pænt. Ligger fint i forhold til centrum. Sengene var elendige, en håndklædernes faldt af og låsen til døren gik i stykker den sidste aften. Området omkring hotellet/lejligheden var meget slidt og beskidt.

They are the guests to complain about the beds.The towel holder was repaired immediately and they didn't say anything about the Handel door.The neighborhood is like many in many cities.They left the room dirty, full of bottles and cigarettes, despite room cleaning was daily.

This is not actually a hotel. It looks like they converted an old floor into 3 apartments. It's nice, clean and very well located. The person in charge is very nice and welcomes you when you arrive. I recommend it.

Very comfortable stay.
The management of this hotel has gone out of its way to provide a very good quality stay for all. All rooms have colour themes. Ours, Blue was very tastefully done adding to a comfortable stay.

It was a nice stay, very close to the railway station to get to cinque terre easily. The only difficulty was that the free parking was 10min walk but we end up parking on the street closer to the stay. It was 0.75€/hour until 8pm, so it wasn’t bad at all. Would recommend to my friends

Un séjour fantastique
La localisation de du bâtiment est parfait: à cinq minute à pied de la gare et à 20 minute du port des ferries. Plusieurs restaurants et boulangeries/pâtisseries aux alentours pour se restaurer. Le seul soucis c'est que les environs sont un peu bruyants. Notre chambre était marveilleuse: grande, propre, et lumineuse. La salle de bain est visiblement récemment aménagé et très propre aussi. Notre hôtesse, Maria Grazia est très gentille et nous a donné plein des informations pour La Spezia et la région. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour fantastique!

Dans un premier temps, l'accueil a été très appréciable ainsi que chaleureux, les conseils de sécurité liées au virus actuel nous ont correctement été transmit par le personnel. La vigilance concernant le covid 19 n'est donc pas négligée, soyez-en rassuré. Ensuite, l'apparence globale de la chambre est propre et spacieux pour un confort certain.

It's a great location. Actually, this property consists of three separate rooms with bathrooms converted from an apartment. There is a common entry area and three rooms open to this entrance. Close to the train station to go to Cinque Terre. Also, several restaurants and bars nearby. The location is quiet and safe. Even though there is a small fridge and kettle in the room, I wish the property had a common small kitchen for some basic food preparation.

Staff is the best thing about this stay. She met us to do check in since there is no front desk, gave us a map and touring information, and escorted us to the free parking lot in town. The bed was comfortable, plenty of space in the bedroom, access to temperature control, and private bathroom had toiletries, bidet, and a roomy shower. I had booked based on the good reviews and they were true.

I thought it was a hotel but it's more like apartments. Initially it was confusing. But the lady who manages the property is excellent ans helpful, the cleaning person was thorough. Everything was modern inside. Location close to train and walking to many activities. No complaints

The property was located with in 5 minutes of the Central station and only 5 minutes walk to the Centre with numerous bars and restaurants close bye ,there is also a substantial supermarket 300mtrs to the rear of the apartment It was an ideal location to use as a base to visit the villages of Cinque Terra over a couple of days

A small, clean room excellently located near the La Spezia train station, where trains leave every half an hour to Cinque Terre. The free parking space suggested by the staff was 10 minutes on foot, but it was not a bothersome distance. There is a large grocery store nearby, which was very convenient for us.

Check-in was super easy, even when we were running about an hour late we were still greeted and shown amazing hospitality. We were given tons of information too like where to park for free, how to catch the train and where all the food locations were. P.s if you do drive, the free parking is pretty full so if you don’t find a parking you can park on the curbs in the parking lot too (super weird lol) but you can return around 9 or 10 pm that’s when there’s lots of spaces available.

Perfect Place for Us
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Colors of Cinque Terre. We were in the blue room.....it was light, bright and airy, simply but tastefully decorated. The air condoning worked great which was a blessing given the heat! Sheets were so fresh and crisp, towels soft and fluffy, shower oversized with good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. Maria Grazia, the host, was exceptional. She was very patient and kind. She even had us follow her to the free parking area so we would not get lost (even though it was not that far) and then drove us back to the room as it was really hot that day. That was above and beyond what anyone would expect. She provided the highest level of customers service. Should we return to La Spezia again, we would most definitely stay at Colors of Cinque Terre again.
