« The property was as pictured in a quiet, safe neighborhood near restaurants. The bed seemed a little on the smaller side for two people. It was nice having a small fridge and I appreciated the added coffee machine that wasn’t in the ad. The only complaint we had was about the air conditioning. We would manually change it to be cool only to eventually have a “following schedule” program setting hijack and make the room get uncomfortably hot since it was set to 82 degrees. « When we arrived, our entryway was the stairwell by the garage and our first sight were multiple overflowing trash cans, that remained this way the entire time we were there. Once down the stairs, you see a bunch of decking material, what appeared to be a broken table, a bent ,large metal planter filled with dirt and 1/2 an old trash barrel surrounding the hot tub. Also, a weird wire fence that was cobbled together running through the middle of the back yard. The inside is a finished basement...

« This was a lovely bungalow for the few nights we were visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. There is an a joining bungalow and you can hear the other guests talking and using the shower.One issue we had concerned not receiving the code for the front door prior to our arrival. I sent an email to the owner through the VRBO app then went to dinner before getting a response from the owner and receiving the door code, but that was several hours after we were scheduled to enter the premises. »

« Good location to get to all the parks and ok if you hike all day and just sleep there.Beautiful views and outdoor seating.
Had microwave, coffee maker etc and things needed.
Wasn’t very clean..No cover on the duvet bedding, bedding smelled used..Old used, not washed bathroom rugs.Some cups were left dirty in the cupboard.No fresh sponge but old dirty brush to clean dishes..
Not much space to stow personal stuff. Most drawers have locks. »
