« Room was not ready at after 3pm. I waited unitl 20 after purposely to avoid this issue when i went to check in i was told that i had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean the room it actually ended up taking another 20 minutes before we got to actually get into our room. The TV in the room was a dumb version of a smart TV and they did not provide the correct remote so we could not watch TV. No Wifi password was provided so much for free Wifi i had to use my Hotspot on my cellphone »

« This is our second time staying at this property in the last month. First time the rooms seemed ok except that our room was mixed up and rented to another people with similar last name. Front desk manager to prove that the last names were similar pulled out other guests check in information with all their personal info to show us(mind blowing isn’t it?) We thought we will give another chance. We came to check in and thought we are at totally different motel. Hallways trashed, common areas...

« No hot tub and tv couldn’t do streaming ability »

« U booked us a 2 queen room and we payed for a jacuzzi room. Luckily they had 1 room left . I had to pay xtra 30bucks too which was bogus. Not the hotel fault its all on expedia »

« This was not a Good stay. Too many bday parties going on both days we were there.. kids running around and the parents drinking and not paying attention. Couldn’t even get in the hot tub or pool.. we won’t be back.. breakfast wasn’t the best and that mad apple really sucked. Staff was pleasant enough. »

« Water leaked when the shower was running and we had to stack towels so the whole floor didn’t get soaked. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Loved the balcony »

« Never will stay here again. Don't believe website page. Pictures are very misleading. Breakfast was cold (eggs and sausage) Tried calling the front desk which you could not use phone in room. Phone was flashing that there was a message of course, you could not get it to play or even get a dial tone. Worst place every stayed. »
