« This house was a perfect home base from which to explore the island. Francesco was very helpful, even arranging for a taxi to take us from the port to the house. It’s an easy walk to Ischia Ponte (if you don’t mind a couple of hills!), which has great restaurants and shops, and of course, Castle Arogonese. Easy bus or taxi access to see the rest of Ischia. We loved our stay at il Lauro Villa and would definitely stay here again! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Turchese. The check in process was very smooth & the staff were very helpful in providing recommendations and arranging our groceries, transfers and scooter hire. In our opinion a scooter is the best way to get around the island and there is plenty to see and do. « The house has most of what you might need for a great family holiday 5 minutes’ walk from a wonderful golden beach. The host is helpful and flexible. Lacco Ameno (the nearby town) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes but a rental car comes in handy if you don’t have patience to wait for buses. »
