Hotel Lacon

« For the price this is a great hotel. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. We did not here any noise from surrounding rooms. If we are back in the area will not hesitate staying here again. »

« The actual room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff was not helpful, vending machines were empty. Breakfast was next to nothing. When we checked in, no ID was required, nothing to sign, took no car info. »

« Very disappointing customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and contacted the hotel for help, but the staff were rude and unwilling to work with me on a date change or another solution. I understand booking policies, but that does not excuse treating a customer poorly. The way this was handled left a bad impression, and I would not book here again. I’m even not going to be using Expedia for any more bookings! »

« Best place in town. Highly recommend. »

« Clean room, nice breakfast, good location »

« They were still under heavy construction when we stayed so the halls were full of drywall dust. The room was nice, but there was a very large screw on my carpet by the bed that I almost stepped on barefoot. Breakfast was meh. Staff was nice »

« Front desk staff was extremely friendly and took the time to explain amenities to me. Room was clean and comfortable. »

« We liked the friendly staff, clean premises, and ability to get a bite to eat onsite. Our room door did not properly close - it actually didn't latch, so the only way to keep it from opening was the inner lock. That wasn't great, but we were only there for a night's sleep. »

« Very nice hotel, clean and the breakfast was great. Enjoyed the manager happy hour they was offered the day we arrived. Used the hot tub and pool, which were both on the used side but water was clean and clear. Staff was very pleasant. »
