« Wonderful Classic family owned estate by the sea, very impressive grounds, formerly JP Getty’s summer place! Same family owns the Il Pellicano in Tuscany, much more relaxed and less formal, wonderful grounds by the sea! »

« We had a very nice stay at Agriturismo Torre Flavia. The room was great and perfectly clean. The hosts were also very nice!
A nice and quiet place to stay while visiting the - sometimes - chaotic Rome! »

« The Hoast & his family were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT hosts. There is NOT ONE THING I would change about my ENTIRE month booking at this location. It is perfectly close to the trains, downtown, ocean & supermarket. We trusted the host & their family. Everything was clean - anything that needed fixed was done quickly. AC throughout the...

« La chambre a vraiment besoin d'être repeinte car les murs sont sales et abimés. Le renvoi de la douche était bouché et l'eau se répandait sur le plancher de la salle de bain. L'air conditionné était bruyant et les rideaux brun foncé transmettaient une chaleur intense dans la chambre.
Heureusement le lit était très confortable. »

« Hotel in dire need of full refurbishing. We got a room for four and the second bed was a horrific sofabed which was completely broken and not able to sustain the weight of two adults. Could be a great spot near the Rome International airport (especially with the free shuttle) but MAJOR refurbishmnent investment is required »
