„Parking was easy and great restaurants nearby. The property itself felt safe but I would drive in the neighborhood. Especially at night. We walked and wished we had driven. We're from Portland OR. So to say we didn't feel great says something. But with that change I would totally stay again. Staff was amazing and accommodating and the property was beautiful and very comfortable. “

„The apartment was set up nicely for 2 couples. Nice sized kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms very spacious and restrooms very clean and spacious. They could provide more bath towels and wash clothes and pool towels. Only provided 2 per bathroom for 4 people staying a full week. Not enough toilet tissue either. No coffee maker was provided. We purchased a small one and left it there when we left. All in all very nice and very reasonably priced.“

„Treehouse Frame Hotel is an absolute hidden gem. Wonderfully appointed, it was very relaxing and tranquil. Since it was such a small boutique property, it was much more enjoyable than a standard hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room amenities were excellent. South Congress was just a block over so very walkable. Even though there are some bars near by, we didn’t hear them from our room. We will definitely stay at Frame Hotel again. Unbelievably pleasantly surprised. Well done.“

„We were really happy with this hotel and would stay here again every time. The location wasn't right in the heart of touristy Austin, and that was for the better. The neighborhood had plenty of dining/drink options with an easy walk, and the drive to the hotspots wasn't hard at all. We didn't have issues with noise, even with the light rail and a school next to the property. The room was huge, well appointed, and quiet/dark when we needed it.
