„Sehr schöne Anlage - durch grosse Renovierungsarbeiten konnte der schöne Innenhof leider nicht genutzt werden - ausserdem war das Frühstück in der Buchung mit inbegriffen, doch wir bekamen 2 Gutschriftkarten im Wert von je 10 Dollar für 2 unterschiedliche Bars wo wir frühstücken könnten - über 10 Dollar mussten wir alles selbst bezahlen. Die Differenz zwischen Buchung und Leistung ist sehr merkwürdig.“

„We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given ...
