Clean and Spacious!

This property is very spacious for a family of five. The kitchen was well-stocked with the basics and the entire unit had plenty of storage and closet space. Very clean with updated bathroom off the king bedroom. We found the unit to be as pictured, and the communication from the host was top-notch! Very quick to respond and checked in during our stay to make sure things were going well! The location is awesome - just a 10-15 minute walk to Whaler’s Village and the beach, with a gentle hill on the walk back. There is also a free neighborhood trolley at the Fairway Shops, which is a short walk from the unit. The pool and hot tub were great! Partial ocean views from the lanai and wonderful breezes coming through the large slider door. Very easy to drive to from the airport, and centrally located among many different beaches and amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Property, highly recommend!

This Property far exceeded our expectations. Large unit with a great kitchen, including great pans and other utensils, etc. The owner was in contact and very responsive with our request for additional pillows and blankets. Great location. There is a very nice outdoor mall next door with great coffee shop, snorkel shop, general store, restaurants, etc.

Perfection

From the time we booked this property it was an absolute breeze communicating with the owner. He answered all of our questions within minutes and made everything as easy as possible for us. When we finally arrived at the property, we had immediately realized what a gem it was. Everything from the cleanliness to the decor blew us away. It felt like home. The smell was even amazing as you walked through the door. There were 4 adults and 3 children (3, 4 &10) in our group. It was the PERFECT fit for us. My family (2 adults and a 3 &4 year old) took the bedroom with the 2 queen beds, deep shower tub and access to the outdoor patio. It literally was everything we could of asked for and more. Massive amounts of space to put clothes, and a space at the top of the stairs to even store our stroller. The decor was beautiful as well. We loved that it had that feeling of home. Comfortable and spacious and filled with laughs. Each morning and throughout the day there were 2 roosters that visited our patio. My children named them Hei Hei and Chicken Rock, in which the owner told me he would honor their names and keep them. How sweet is that?! We made sure to leave the condo more stocked than they left it (and they left a lot). We were sure to leave dishwasher and laundry pods, clorox wipes, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, etc. I can't say enough about this place. We are planning a return in 2 summers. It would be hard for me to even think about staying anywhere else. It was the perfect amount of privacy and close to everything. We love this place so much! Please don't hesitate to book it!

Family Wedding Trip

Needed a place to stay for a 4 night trip to Maui for my sons wedding and Steve’s condo was perfect. Right on the Kaanapali golf course and a short walk to all the shops and resort amenities. This was perfect for our 7 guests as we had quick access to the wedding responsibilities in Lahaina and then the beach and resort right next to us for relaxation. Thanks for making so simple.

Awesome property and even better location!

Our stay at this property was excellent! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had a great lanai. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It was a great property for adults and kids. We grilled out at the pool one night, and our kids had a blast. In addition to staying in a welcoming property, we were steps away from The Whalers Village, grocery stores, and the Beach walking path. We were able to get up each morning and go for a beautiful walk or run along the coast. We were also very close to the charming town of Lahaina that made for a fun day trip. I would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

We were greeted by a bundle of treats on the dining table welcoming us and making us feel right at home! The information we received before our arrival prepared us well for what to expect of our experience inlay our home away from home—thank you! We enjoyed the large entertainment areas including two dining areas. The roomy kitchen allowed us to enjoy cooking fresh local foods. Well equipped kitchen with even dishes & cups for our toddler!! The two Master Bedrooms were roomy and each had a lanai to enjoy morning coffee. (A plumbing problem w a vanity drain was fixed promptly—thank you!) The condo location was great for beach play and snorkeling. Sports equipment rental also close by. We took stunningly beautiful walks in nearby Whalers Village. Lahaina is close by car. We also took a couple trips to up country to visit a goat farm and took the north coast Highway to see the amazing blow hole.

Overall, the place was pretty clean and was listed pretty accurately... we did have issues with one of the sink in the restroom draining a bit slow (this wasn't really bothering ). Although the listing says sleeps 8... I wouldn't say that so much because the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable. I would say this place sleeps at most 7.

Fabulous condominium!!

Great condo with lots of amenities!! Host was easy to contact and allowed us to check out a few hours late so we didn’t have to drive around waiting for our flights. Checking in was easy with no problems. Looks exactly like the pictures. Furniture clean and in good shape. Beds comfortable! Lots of kitchen utensils and supplies. Loved the location so close to Whalers Village. Outdoor seating was so nice to relax and enjoy. The grill was spotless!! The bathrooms are a little dated but clean. (The ceiling fan and air vents could use a good scrub) Washer and dryer were newer and so great to keep up on laundry. Lots of beach equipment available. Would definitely stay here again!! Don’t hesitate to book this condo. Already trying to figure out when we can come back. :)

Has everything you need

Great place to stay! Family of 7 and we cooked a lot at the home as everywhere to eat out is crazy busy. Little bit of walk to get to whalers village, not great for older individuals do uphill on golf course . You won't find parking anywhere in the village or nearby to get to the beach either. Unit has everything that you need even beach stuff for the kids. Overall great stay! The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you

We have stayed at these condos before and couldn't recommend this area more! Since we've stayed in other units before, I wanted to provide a review on this one. For the condition of the unit, I think this one is overpriced compared to other (more updated and cleaner units). In fact, we paid a little bit more for this one compared to the one we stayed in last. I realized when we were almost to the unit that we didn't have any check-in information. They said they emailed the info but I never received it. I had to message/call a number and each code they gave me didn't work. After several tries, it finally worked. I have no idea what their typical process is, but for us, it was not convenient at all. The one thing that is notably different in this particular unit is what would typically be considered the Master bedroom (larger room and bathroom), actually has 2 queen beds. Which is great to sleep more people comfortably and is overall, probably a better use of space. The King bed is located in the room that is smaller and with a smaller bathroom. I'm not sure if there were air conditioning problems in the unit but the smaller bedroom was so hot. There were fans in the closet (which we definitely used!) but they were so noisy and kept us up a lot of the night. Pros: -Lots of dishes/utensils -Kitchen appliances were updated -Netflix account available for guests -Beach chairs and wagon are awesome to have available! Cons: -Not very well stocked with basics (ziploc sandwich bags, etc..) They had salt, but no pepper. -The vacuum had zero suction (requested another one but after no response for an entire day, texted again and they brought another one. It also had zero suction). With all the sand from the beach, it was super annoying not to have a good working vacuum to keep up with all the sand. -The entire unit needs a DEEP clean. Common touchpoints (closet doors, pantry doors) have buildup of dirt. Which in this pandemic world we live in, makes it even more gross when clearly they are not deep cleaning every time someone checks out. -The bathroom shower in the smaller bedroom has black mold in the grout. That's completely unacceptable. That same bathroom is in desperate need of being updated. -Only 5 beach towels. We were constantly doing laundry Overall, my review is that the price should be lowered to reflect the actual condition of the unit. Would have been 1 star rating but they let us check out 3 hours later which I appreciated.

We could walk to the beach or it was a short drive. Amazing location in Kaanapali and the condo was so much bigger than it looked! The lanai is wonderful and we loved our stay. They had everything we needed and we will definitely rent this property again! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! Mahalo

Awesome condo in Lahaina. Very spacious. They installed a new washer while we were there and even washed our towels for us before it was installed. Would stay again!
