Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time in this unit. Perfect for two couples, and exactly as described in the listing. We've stayed several times at Polynesian Shores in different units and this was our most enjoyable stay. Clean, quiet, and well-appointed, with stunning views. We look forward to returning.

Whale watching views

We stayed here for a week and spent a huge amount of time in the lanai watching the whales. The condo was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. We had everything we needed! The management staff was attentive and responsive in assisting us. And the property was gorgeous! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great view

The view did not disappoint regardless of time of day. Hearing the waves was so relaxing. The beds were super comfortable. Nice quite environment. The upstairs loft is charming but not made for tall people.

Beautiful condo

Very nice condo and extremely close to shoreline. Sounds of relaxing waves can be heard throughout the day. Sea turtles were playing along the coastline too. Only negative experience/comment is regarding laundry room, be sure to download app, otherwise there is a 10 charge for a card that you need to add money to use the laundry.

Great Condo for a group of 4, awesome snorkeling spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Polynesian Shores for a week in May 2023. The setup of the complex is really great and especially our condo 202 was awesome. So close to the ocean, great views (sunset view is amazing!) and then - if you like to snorkel - you can just jump into the water right away and see tons of fish and turtles, that come out to the shore just a bit north to rest every night.The condo has everything needed, there is nothing to complain about. It is close to some shopping and food options. We used the food trucks 5 min south close to the Times Supermarket quite often. Only negative thing: there were no parasols or any other shadowy area at the pool, so we basically never stayed there more than just jumping in and out with our kid.

We went to bed each night listening to the waves crash right outside the unit with the windows open (nice breeze through unit, no AC needed in March). Each morning we woke up to see whale blows and turtles are always found along the rocky beach just outside the units. It was very clean and with tasteful island decor throughout the unit. Kitchen is fully stocked with all that you would need including a lot of spices. The unit even supplies a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. They truly thought of everything you would need during your stay. Bree, is quick to respond to any requests and is incredibly helpful. Very family friendly place with a relaxed feel. We will definitely be back to this place and specifically this unit! Mahalo

This vacation was so overdue for me personally and a much needed family gathering, at one point we had 5 different condos rented. Myself, my son & his girlfriend stayed in 202, we by far had the best view & unit. We are fortunate enough to have grown up in Santa Cruz, Ca and have a deep love For the ocean and all the outdoor beauty Maui has to offer. This was our first trip to Maui and we couldn’t have asked for aBetter place to stay. We aren’t necessarily into the huge Resorts, they are fun for a day but returning home to PS nestled in a Gorgeous location overlooking the beach with sea turtles, views of neighboring islands was awesome. Erik - 1 of the on-site managers was always very kind and helpful and does a great job keeping the grounds looking stellar. Morning walks to the farm market to get Acai Bowls and bagels is a must, sunsets out on the lawn, bbq’ing poolside with lit tiki torches - amazing! It felt like an intimate, happy community. The Polynesian Shores is a little Hidden Gem and we are so stoked we found it and can’t wait to go back ASAP! Thank you for allowing us to stay at this amazing location and crest family memories that will last a lifetime. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and made us feel the love and Aloha of the Hawaiian islands...Mahalo Michele, Alijah & Lilly
